Cabin Fever

It's been cold lately, and today it was snowy, then rainy, then slushy, so there was definitely no getting out into the world. I've been oddly bouncy and distracted today -- I get the feeling I kind of need to get out for a while. And I've just discovered The Lego Movie is in theaters. . .maybe it's time to plan a quick mall trip. I really do want to see it. It looks like total goofy fun. XD

DragonVale updates -- I haven't gotten my Amethyst or Moonstruck yet, but Attar and Mimsy (my Rose & Love) have favored me with a Willow! I named it Tom, because Handsome Tom was Willow in the third TGWTG Anniversary, "Suburban Knights." So yeah, I'm a total nerd. XD Other than that, though, it's just been attempting to breed the specials and collecting cash. And racing, which has been experience-reward heavy today.

And -- can't really think of anything else to report on at the moment. Will be sending save_us_alice out into the Nexus to start on wedding plans for her and deadgirlslikeme. About time I got those two hitched. I might make a post of things that I might want to happen between now and the actual wedding as well. Plotting is a good thing. Right now, though, back to tumblr!

Siren won a Silver. Threw Wispy into Plant.

Wound up breeding a Luminous last night. I'm on my third try for the Moonstruck but no dice.

I did get 10mil and with that I bought the Air Shrine only because it's the last thing I need to complete the Planeteer Island so when that finishes building tonight/tomorrow I'll be able to show you a picture of that. Now I can really start saving in ernest for things, especially since once the Luminous finishes incubating I can just sell everything else they make.

Hatched my second Sun -- he came with the name Drake, but I changed it to Solaris. He and Helio are chilling in the Large Sun habitat I constructed last night, to coincide with his hatching. And as mentioned last night, it looks like Gana and Echo want me to have a Moon too, so I'm building that habitat no matter what.

Haven't bought any shrines yet -- I've been saving my money for habitats. I'll get back on on that once I'm not feeling so pressed to spend all my money building habitats and making treats.

Looking forward to seeing Planeteer Island! XD
