Currently Something of a Stressed-Out Mess

Partially due to PMS (I've had on and off periods of being terrified I'm about to get my period today), partially due to feeling like I'm having my chain yanked at the housesitting job, partially due to my mom losing her charging cable for her MP3 player and my parents getting all stressed out over that (fortunately, we have managed to locate it). So I'll keep it short and sweet:

-->Pearl's due to hatch tomorrow morning, no luck with Current or Firework/Sulfur yet in DragonVale.

-->One win with Gul'dan today in Hearthstone -- managed to demolish a Malfurion who just couldn't get any good cards, poor guy.

-->RPing a bit slow today, but given my current state, that suits me just fine.

-->Did about half of my final pass on Chapter 3 of "Forgetting You" for tomorrow's update, also did a bit of editing on Chapter 4. Will finish the final pass for Chapter 3 tomorrow afternoon.

-->Parents put the air conditioner in my window -- on what is arguably the coolest day of the year thanks to the on and off rain we've had. Figures.

Sooo, yeah -- in a mood. I'm gonna go wrap up replies and then see if I can't get some sleep.

Yikes, hope you feel better.

Both Boone and Skytooth and Helen and Slythe seem to be conspiring against me or something because these last couple of tries both pairs have made the same dragon (and naturally it's the Smoke, which has the longest incu time). Edit: Firework get!! :D

With Kairos' help, the Crypt came with the name Brisk, which I thought was cute enough to keep.

That's about all. Just trying for that Firework.

Watch this space for Colosseum update. Edit: Trieste won a Gold and I put Brisk into Cold.

Also, I managed to breed a Malachite, which finishes off my Plant dragons. I'm trying for a Current (the last one I need in Water) but no luck yet.

I was, since today was pretty nice and the day went by pretty smoothly. . .and then my bus home was over 20 minutes late, meaning I felt really rushed because I had a housesitting job tonight -- except that got canceled. So yeah. *sigh*

Blah, Smokes. At least they sell decent. Congrats on finally getting the Firework though! Still no dice for me on either that or the Current. I'd work on some of the other Opposites but I really want that one! And Brisk, awww. Such a good name for a Cold dragon.

Also went ahead and downloaded Backflip's latest game, Twister Tap, which is surprisingly engaging. Took me a bit to figure out how you worked it, but it proved fun afterward.

The Firework came with the name Polly. Ed suggested Sparks but I already have a Sparky, so I named it Sparkler.

I also managed the Current with two level 11 dragons strangely enough, but I won't question it, lol.

My phone has like 2% battery left and is begging for a charge so I'd better plug it in, heh.

LOL -- Sparkler's pretty good, though. :)

Congrats! My breeders are 15 each and insist on giving me Rust dragons and the like. >.<

*tethered to wall with charging cable* Are you trying to get something else along with the Current? I'm only asking because I was using Ash + Water and Cactus + Water (thank you Prickle and Gi) and with that combo the only results you can get are Cactus, Seaweed, Ash, Swamp and Current.

Actually, yeah, kind of. I'm using Water and Magnetic, and while my main goal is a Current, that combo can also land me a Cyclops or a Ouroboros -- both dragons I want (particularly the former, since I need more Olympus dragons). So I'll take the water/metal fails.

Oh yeah~ I forgot I was trying to get either of those, too...heh, well now I'm at max Habitats so oh well. They're not going anywhere. :p

Edit: The Malachite came with the name Cobalt.

LOL, whoops -- ah well. *patpat* Indeed they aren't, but they'd still be nice to have. :P

Interesting. . . Mine's going to be named Banner since it has Hulk refs in the description.
