Almost through the wrecked Nightsbane tower -- Eric's Level 5, coming up on Level 6, and I recently got him an upgraded Mechro Plate with better defense and an increased chance for critical hits. Fell victim to a nasty wolf a couple of times, though -- surprise attacks: pretty much a sign that you're not going to make it through this fight. There was also a fight against a goblin I thought I was going to lose thanks to forgetting to activate my "haste" potion (gives you extra moves at the start of the fight) AND getting hit with some pretty intense damage when he attacked -- but then some nice cascades (what they call it when you get extra matches from the new symbols falling into place) and some poison did it in before I could get my face chewed off. So that was good. :) Still enjoying myself, so that's the main thing!

Hearthstone was pretty much a copy of yesterday -- one loss for Valeera against a Garrosh with superior weaponry, and one win for her against an Uther who just couldn't keep up with my taunters. Slowly but surely getting my gold supply back up! Though maybe tomorrow I'll either level Garrosh some more or send Rexxar in against Loatheb. I haven't done Naxxramus in a while.

DragonVale -- nope, no Leaf, and thus nothing new to report. Meeeeh. *speeding up a few fails with gems now to see if there's any luck to be had*

Got the second of the 100 Drabbles of Summer prompt tables up on the website -- will need to figure out how to do the prompts next. Need to make some decisions about whether I do them in the order I wrote them, numerically, or what have you. The real problem comes with those prompts that are related. . .

Also, watched The Lego Movie special features. The music video they have for Batman's "Untitled Self Portrait" is hilarious. XD And they've got a pair of neat model-making features that both show how to make a double-decker couch and Emmett's car in virtual and real Lego. :D Fun stuff. :)

The Geode has hit the Nursery but won't hatch until tomorrow morning. And my Amber breeders have gone and given me either a Sun/Moon or a Rainbow. I'm also back to working on getting the other two Olympus dragons but no luck so far.

I'll come back for the Colosseum. It ends in the afternoon now.

When I redid my spreadsheet I kept the Element Islands the same (Fire/Water, Earth/Cold, Air/Light, Plant/Lightning, Dark/Metal) and just added in the Opposite dragons. I figured out that if I want to keep my Planeteer Island, I'll need Giant Habitats for the Earth/Cold Island otherwise I'll have 2 more than allowed. I sorta-kinda don't mind (ish) since Large Cold and Earths only hold 3, which is dumb when all the other Larges hold 4. Again, I'm gonna wait for the Tenth Island so I have a better idea of where the Epics are gonna go and since I'll need a lot of gems I want to build them up as much as possible before I start buying Giants. I'm only like 1/4 of the way through level 42 so I have a while.

Lucked out -- after spending a couple of gems to speed up Errol and Lumin, their next attempt gave me the Leaf I was after! :D So that'll hit the nursery in 19 and a half hours, aka tomorrow morning. w000~ Trying for the Geode in the other habitat now, but I don't think Menolly and Misty have cooperated.

Mine ends at night, so that works just fine for me.

I'm about halfway through Level 44. My view on the opposites is that I worked hard on that Opposite Island and I can live without all my dragons being boosted. Hmph. By the time you get the Tenth Island you should have extra habitats available, so maybe you won't need those Giants after all. Though they are nice-looking and good for cash. My eventual plan is to still get as many Giants as possible and arrange all the dragons so they're in best habitat for their earning potential. Will probably need to take some time with the earning rates table for this to be so. . .
