I FINALLY got past that troublesome double battle in Spellfall! All my grinding paid off -- plus I got some good lucky shots in. After those two assholes, getting to the final boss was a breeze.

Said final boss proved to be the last remaining member of the Nightsbane Brotherhood, who promptly accused me of being evil and threw fire axes at me. He defeated me in the first battle -- buuuut, interestingly enough, the failed battle leveled me up immediately, which meant I automatically regained all my health. So I could promptly challenge him again, and this time win. :D And now I'm going through the remains of an ancient civilization's water temple, and the story's taken a turn for the possible "after the end fantasy scenario" -- Eric's talking about how the civilization before them could ride around in huge flying metal containers and send messages without carriers. . . Also, he's looking for a prophecy. Come on, Eric, we all know that you're the chosen one -- you're the player character. We don't need no prophecy. (And I kind of love how the guy he just beat the crap out of sent him on this mission. Dude, I should be bossing you around.)

Anyway, starting to make serious dosh here, which is good for upgrading the equipment. Unlocked all the slots on my Ancient Sword and filled them with runes -- two more to go on my Mechro Plate armor. Annoyingly, there's a better version of the sword in the store, but it's way too expensive to buy. Hmph. Maybe I'll luck out and get it as a free item at some point. And if I keep on going like I'm going, logging in every day, I'm apparently guaranteed an awesome elemental sword. . .

Not much else to report on, I must say. Did some editing on the first chunk of Chapter 7 of "Forgetting You" for the Blu-Ray edition -- will be putting up Chapter 6 this Friday. Nothing new to report in DragonVale -- my Leaf hasn't even hatched yet. I lost in a Jaina mirror match in Hearthstone -- a Mage specializing in Secrets is a very dangerous Mage indeed. On the plus side, though, I won the Loatheb/Hunter Class Challenge! :) RNG was kind enough to give me some decent minions, and even when they were replaced with Treants I was still able to get the win. Though it was close, I'll admit. I'll try the Heigan/Mage challenge tomorrow, I think

Right now, though, I'm thinking it might be time for Nostalgia Critic and ice cream, followed by RP stuff. Later!
