I Was All Prepared For This To Be A Bad Night

The delicious ribs last night gave me a recurring case of heartburn today, I had a nasty-slow bus ride home thanks to insane traffic, and I opened up DragonVale upon my arrival to see a message that Whitbee's Candy Bash had developed a bug that might have stolen some of my candy.

Instead:
-->I am miraculously unaffected by the bug and able to get a Spooky theme -- and damn, Sweet Nightmares looks SO GOOD now! Just need those elusive dream dragons. . .

-->Cupcake Wars is one of the better episodes with Weird Al Yankovic as celebrity guest judge (they were making cupcakes for his book release party)

-->RPing is slow enough that I'm completely caught up on pretty everything (barring one long PM and one tag that I plan to answer in just a moment)

-->I'm able to watch Unskippable, catch up on my main tumblr dash, AND even get a little writing in (not on one of my preferred pieces, but a drabble related to the future of the Forgotten Vows Verse is okay too)

So -- uh -- yeah. My murderous rage has been doused in pleased puzzlement. I can live with this. Right now, though, I should probably wrap things up and take advantage of a chance to get to bed a bit earlier -- g'night!

I have that episode of Cupcake Wars on the DVR. :)

When I met Susie Fogelson (Food Network Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy) last year I suggested to her that they should do a Doctor Who themed episode of Cupcake Wars (it would've been cool for the 50th anniversary but it had passed by then). So if that ever does come up, it was my idea. LOL

That would be fun -- however, I have no idea if the show's still on or not, honestly. We're watching a sort of "best of" on Netflix. I'll have to look it up at some point and see.

Also, did your park get that bug? Or at least a message from Backflip apologizing for it? There's some goodies coming your way if you did.

I got the message but honestly I've no idea if I was affected since I turned in all my Candy. I got a bunch of treats regardless. *shrug* Would've rather had gems especially since there's a new Limited to get before Monday but whatever. Since I'm here, I got the Zombie (finally) and the Topaz using gems.

Edit: Oh geez I'm on AL's account...oh well I'm too lazy to change it.

Awww -- it didn't look like I was affected either, but I got a bunch of treats AND gems. . . *patpat* Too bad. And yeah, I noticed -- gotta work double-time on that! Congrats on the Zombie -- I'm finally getting the Nightmare myself! :)
