I HATE VH1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suffered through a FULL HOUR of "I Love the 90s," basically realizing that a lot of stuff in the 90s was SHIT, all to see something on my second-favorite movie, "Terminator 2: Judgement Day." The info said it was on. I figured, "Okay, I can do this, just to see what the idiot celebrities have to say. I did it for Back to the Future."
IT NEVER CAME ON!!!!!!!!!
I suffered down to the wire, down to "Silence of the Lambs," and there was not ONE THING ON T-2!! Plus, I hated practically all of the show, which I didn't with the "I Love the 80s" series (the first one, at any rate.)
Remind me why I keep watching the shithole that is VH1.

You're right. Vh1 IS turning into a shithole. I taped those two hour-long specials last night and I can honestly say I was expecting more. I saw more of the stuff that I never wanted to see again (like, Nirvana, for example) than stuff that I wanted to remember. I think the high point was the bit about the slap bracelets.

I am surprised that they axed out T2, though. They could have axed the whole "Silence of the Lambs" piece in half and squezzed that in there.

I was considering watching I Love the 90's just for the h*ll of it, but maybe I won't now, LOL. I do admit, I liked 1990-92 a bit because that was sort of an extention of the 80's. T-2 was one of the biggest movies of that time (and although I haven't seen it in awhile, I remember liking it at the time). I can't believe it wasn't featured.

I can't stand VH1 for the most part either (except for a few documentaries, like Behind the Music). I used to watch it in the early 90's alot, though, and it was like night and day. Back then, they played music videos almost 24/7 -- the good old ones -- and the other programming was alot more enjoyable. If my 10 year-old self came to this year, he'd be very sad and shocked with how his favorite channel had become.
