Me: Oooooh, yay, and -- wait, the finale is only 4 minutes long? The hell? *gets her writing done and finishes off Chapter 3 in A:MR, then gets lunch ready and watches sets*
Sets, particularly the last one with the ending: *ARE FUCKED UP*
Me: What -- but -- WHAAAAAA *runs off to TV Tropes*
So, uh, yeah. We've finished Bloodborne, and I have gotten a good lesson in a) why I shouldn't make Valice AUs for stuff I haven't properly watched/researched yet and b) why I shouldn't make Valice AUs for From Software games BECAUSE YOU KNOW DARN WELL THEY HATE JOY. Helloween's ending is disturbing (and disturbingly short, but now that I've seen all the endings that seems true for the lot -- From, they've gotta be longer than a minute or so), and having it hit my OTP. . . . I still love it, I'm just scrambling for ways for Victor and Alice to get through this universe and somehow manage to have a life afterward!
As stated, I DID make sure that I got my writing (starting edits on Chapter 13!) and Alice-playing done early today, and I DID just do some replies on tumblr. But most of my day has been dedicated to Bloodborne and TV Tropes, and I'm still fighting the urge to look up yet more stuff. *pokes self* You have to read your dashboards at some point! What if the activity page or tags have let you down again? Hmph. . . This has been a very hard to focus week, and I don't know why. All I can do is hope things improve with the start of the new one.
Right now, gonna get a drink, then see about actually DOING some of this catch-up. *puts on A:MR soundtrack and gets to work*
