Some Frustrating Stuff At Work

crossover_chickIt's always annoying when a program won't work the way you expect it to -- specifically, when it won't find a rather important file at the end of the day. *grumble* Ah well, we managed to get things done, though I hope we can avoid such nonsense the next time I do the thing. Damn computer. . .
Not much else to say -- reworked more of Chapter 15 (in such a way that it looks like I'll be deleting an entire section!), did tumblr queues, caught up on other messages. Typical night, really. And no, I never got the Delirium. *grumble* Have another shot at the Arcturian, though, so keep your fingers crossed for that at least. There's actually two more Galaxy dragons out nowadays, but who knows when I'll see them on my friends list.
One piece of true good news -- Mom managed a few baby steps today. So her knee IS getting better. She's going in for an MRI on Thursday though, just to see if things are more serious than first thought. Hopefully not, but -- keep your fingers crossed.
Anyway, ought to hit the sack -- night!

Date: 2015-07-09 12:56 am (UTC)Mom's surgery for the port is supposed to be 3 hours so I plan on drafting something while I wait if I don't doze off (it's scheduled for 7am and we have to leave at 6). I don't know how long we'll have to wait before she can leave so I should be able to at least start.
I'm not planning on this being a drabble story, btw. There will be chapters. I don't know how many yet and I'm not telling you much more because I want to keep a lot of it a surprise. It is NOT another story about poop, however, lol.
