crossover_chickThough not as much as I suspected -- I managed most of the day without the AC on. It finally got rather stuffy tonight, so I've got it on the lower setting now. I'll switch it to high when I hit the sheets -- I honestly think I sleep a bit better if I'm a bit chilly. Maybe it has to do with having all my covers on. . . *shrug*
Spent most of the day catching up with Helloween (Resident Evil sets where Jill is a bit dim and the game adores silly puzzles of all sorts plus Metal Gear Solid on Gameboy where Helloween fails at dog stealth and box stealth) and rewriting the new Chapter 17 for "Forgetting You." Think I've hit upon the points that prevents any major intervention on Victoria's part rather more clearly this time -- and I'm going to emphasize that Victor's not sure he SHOULD leave until Alice is better, so yeah. Have got plot convenience covered, w000. I hope, anyway.
Also, I've just gone into DragonVale and gotten myself a Loot Dragon. Wanted a bit of a buffer because he's an expensive little guy. We'll see how long he takes to hatch (1 day, 11 hours, wow), but at least I've got an egg picture for Weyr Wednesday on my tumblr.
