Not Quite As Productive As I Would Have Liked

Well, I'm caught up on Helloween's Fatal Frame LP (very salty in the first set, then all excited because the game actually started acting like a proper horror game in the second set) and Zero Punctuation's latest, but unfortunately I had to skip Hell's casual RE5 co-op vid with his friend Rufert because Mom was home, which means I had lunch with her and Dad instead of on my own and we watched something else together. (The Big Fat Quiz of the Year, if you're curious -- British panel quiz show hosted by Jimmy Carr.) Probably could have still fit it in, but I was busy with other stuff (namely, Fallout Shelter -- I'm getting quite into this game now) and -- yeah. Have to wait until next weekend, sadly. (It's too long to watch on a work night without sacrificing something else -- two vids of about 20 minutes each.)

-->"Losing You" edits? That went all right -- I'm a good chunk of the way into Chapter 2. I should have the Remastered with Deleted Scenes version of that and Chapter 1 up Thursday night for Forgotten Vows Friday. If I can keep up a pace of two chapters per week, it'll get sorted pretty fast and we can move on into edits on "In The Land of the Dead."

Also, in my other big universe, last set of Winter Bingo prompts! All fluff and comedy this go round, including a one-off meta fic about Butterfly Boy's love of infomercials. XD That's pretty much all the prompt fic I've written for this verse sorted. . .with the exception of "A Week of Secundus Christmas," but I think you'll understand why I'm holding off on that one until the end of the year.

-->Sims 4 and Portal? Well, again, Fallout Shelter is what's got my attention right now, but I did boot up Portal with the intention of trying a challenge map.

I promptly got confused, realized this was going to take more time than I had, aaaand. . .at least I gave it a look?

-->RPing? Well, last night went fine, and I got the tumblr queues ready. DW tags are gonna have to wait for the most part, since the majority are long and best drafted out during spare moments at work. There's one short PM and one short tag I should be able to answer, though, so let me get on that. Night!

This comment consists of an "OMG how did I miss that?!", a formatting goof, and a meme that the last drabble reminded me of.

First of all...I completely missed the cues that June is Bonejangles' sister!! Seriously, I was just reading the comments/reviews on "Remembering You" and someone mentioned it and I was like ...whaa??? In my defense, I'm pretty poor at picking up those things anyway so I'm not exactly surprised it passed me by. And I'm skimming through "In the Land of the Dead" and, yep, there's her name. Good gravy, I'm hopeless, lol. Though I dunno what he's got against his first name. Jeremy's not that bad. Unless maybe it was his dad's name and he doesn't want to associate with it? Anyways...onwards.

Secondly:
“. . .I really didn’t need to know that,” Victor grimaced. “But you really can’t stay in bed forever.” “Oh? What’s stopping me?”
A wail went up from the nursery.

You can't see it on the site proper, but on my phone and here when I pasted it you can. There's no paragraph break between Victor's dialogue and Alice's.

*snork* Well, if it helps, you're not the only one. I didn't want to make it too obvious so people could have these OMG moments, and it seems it worked out pretty well. And he just thinks it's embarrassing for no good reason. His excuse is that he doesn't look like a Jeremy. It's irrational, but what ya gonna do. :P

Damn it, I thought I'd gotten all of those. . .probably because it DOES look right if you're on the site proper. Fixed.
