Welp, today at work was interesting. . .let's just say there was a comedy of errors feel to it and leave it at that. On the plus side I got a very positive performance review today, so that was nice. Hoping it leads to a decent raise! Though I'm guaranteed a small one for cost of living, I believe, so that's good at least. But a little extra on top would not hurt.

Revised Chapter 3 of "In The Land of the Dead" is up! FF.net version here, AO3 version here, website version here. Once again, feel it's a vast improvement over the old one. And next week (hopefully, but chances are looking good), you'll get pure new content! Set in a creepy Downstairs asylum, but what are you going to do.

Not much else to say, beyond yes, bring on Friday and the weekend! We're planning on watching Independence Day tomorrow night (Mom finally snagged a copy from the only local library that had one!), so that'll be nice. Sequel comes out tomorrow, I believe -- hopefully it isn't a) utter shite and b) available at the IMAX. Would be nice to have another San Andreas to catch with the fam this summer. :P

All right, I'm tired, and 11 o'clock is coming up fast -- time to finish off my last replies and sign off for the night. Sleep tight all!

I like this version; that was good. Also, poor Lizzie.

Random, completely unrelated to this story thought of the day: Ever hear someone say "I'll drink 2% milk when they make 2% cows!"? Had a thought that a biology Touched could Create a cow that produces 2% milk. Why? Dunno. I'm weird. And it's Secundus where there is no "why", haha. :p Also, a brown cow that produces chocolate milk. ^^
