crossover_chickYay, I'm here for another 10:04! Felt it important to catch this one at least, since I did recently watch Part III, and Doc freaking out over Marty's reappearance is one of my favorite scenes. :) 50s Doc is great, honestly. All Docs are great, of course, but 50s Doc is definitely up there. :)
Things which have happened today:
-->Wrote some more on Chapter 5 of "Remembering You," reworking Victoria and Alice's chat. Coming along all right, I think. Also put Chapter 4 in its own document so it can be uploaded later this week.
-->Speaking of fic updates, put A Week of Secundus Christmas up on my website! Day One is also up, if you'd like to reread that blast from the past of 2010. I still think that first story is cute. :)
-->Had a good driving lesson today -- went out on a stretch of highway for the first time! Route 1, which wasn't too busy. Then Mom and I went through some more twisty and turny roads, stopped at the grocery store, and did the bit by the beach. I was a little nervous, but it all went very well. I might actually be getting the hang of this.
-->Played a little Vampire, though I didn't actually get anywhere in the way of actual progress -- I looked up a description of the quest on the VTMB wiki and discovered I'd missed some stuff upstairs, so I went back and hacked a computer and snagged some keys. I also discovered that it is possible to destroy the cameras -- if you shoot them. Which brings the guards running. Which seems counterproductive. I actually tried it with Harry, but I don't think it worked. I can try to disable them, but it involves getting into the security station and while I can distract the guard in there with Nightwisp Raven, I don't think it'll be long enough to hack the computers. . . I think I need to watch somebody without Obfuscate take on this particular challenge. Poor Harry will have to wait by the stairs a little longer. (Either that or I snap and say 'screw it' to not killing people.)
-->Had a little Helloween marathon with the latest set of Silent Hill (creepy-ass rusty hospitals with random noises that could be monsters or could be nothing are creepy), an hour-long set of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (lots of progress made, including a new bat form for Alucard that can also shoot fireballs because Castlevania), and three early-game bosses in Bloodborne New Game + (YES YES YES THE SWEET BLOOD IT SINGS TO ME). Good times, good times -- and inspired me to look up the last's OST, which is also goooood tiiiiimes.
-->And in DragonVale, I now have an Elder Earth dragon, for what it's worth. Figured I had to do SOMETHING with the game for Weyr Wednesday. Also a mysterious ten-gem gift from Backflip -- Thanksgiving-related? Whatever, I'll take it.
Just currently catching up with tumblr and getting ready to do queue there right now. Prepping for a long week coming up -- regular five days, and I have a dentist appointment on Saturday. I'm hoping that I can go straight from the last into a mall trip (since I haven't been in ages) -- fingers crossed! Just hoping this week isn't too stressful/boring/stressfully boring. Just gotta remember -- get through this, and there's a four-day weekend coming up. *nods*
All right, time to clear out the last of my shizz -- night all!
