crossover_chickGot a bit of a late start this morning, thanks to it being cold enough to put a decent layer of frost on the car and the heater taking longer than usual to kick in. I made my bus, but it was a stressful ride up, let me tell you. Almost overshot the damn turn too. . .ah well, I made it and that's the important thing. And then work consisted mainly of finishing off one last Peachtree change, and putting in a bunch of checks, and then attempting to upload some other gifts and having our database program more or less quit on me. Grrr.
Some positives have happened today, though:
-->Did a little work on my timeline for "Remembering You" and planned out the upcoming Chapter 7 more (incidentally, I took a quick skim through future chapters -- thanks to splitting Chapter 4 into Chapters 4 & 5 and a previous accidental misnumbering, I currently have three Chapter 7s XD), then poked at some of the incidents I want to happen later on. Feeling a little more in-tune with how this thing should go now~
-->Also started edits on Chapter 7, to make up for lost time yesterday
-->Got to fangirl at someone about Discworld (they're in the early books, and I'm basically like KEEP READING WAIT UNTIL IT GETS REALLY GOOD)
-->Did Butterfly Boy's queue, which is mostly amusing/cute stuff with friends
-->Got a nice review on "Remembering You" (which also helps keep up my motivation to write it)
So yeah, that's good. A little happy to balance out the day. Right now, though, I have some old replies I really need to answer, and then it's time for bed. Night all!
