crossover_chickBoth the girls and the boys have had successful days. Jennifer kept up her A+ average for another day. Lorraine got two promotions and is currently a Hostess in the Culinary track. Clara finally got her promotion to Lab Assistant and got a call from Doc. The girls also are now all best friends with each other, which is nice.
-J: Awww.-
-M: You'd think it would be harder to become best friends.-
There's a trick to it -- normalization. Every eight hours, the lifetime score for a relationship will move three points towards the daily score. When you first make a friend, get the daily score as high as possible, then leave them alone for a few days. The resulting normalization should pull lifetime up enough so when you get together again, a few interactions will send you into best friend status. That's what I did with Marty's latest friends.
-M: So I now have --
Five best friends. It was a major want of yours, and I was happy to fulfill it.
-M: *whistles* I am Mr. Popularity.-
-VD: I'll say, it looks to me like your friends are all girls.-
-J: ?!?-

Yeah, Jennifer went pretty platinum herself after that. Doc touched base with his friends and got some more mechanical skill. George made Inventor -- time to buy that shiny Biotech station. Unfortunately, George and Lorraine still don't know each other. *sigh* Hopefully she'll walk by one day.
I also made myself as J.C. Jones. Since I had to be a teenager, I created an original Sim called Adelaide Smyth to be my "mommy." She's my first Fortune Sim!

Don't worry, she has a strange form to go with her name -- she has the elf head. And it could be worse -- I could have called her by my other choice for super-weird name. Kelsandra, aka Kelsie. (Yes, I'm aware that Kelsie is a real name in itself.)
