crossover_chick: Doc snoozing on his couch (BTTF: exhausted)

The first half was okay, mostly about me working on my CAP batch and doing some roster maintenance -- but the SECOND half seemed all about people needing my attention for some reason. Fixing the parish share thing, trying to run a mail merge database, showing one of my coworkers how to do a report, getting out an important e-mail, doing an import. . .it wasn't exactly the funnest afternoon. At least I got it all done! Of course, tomorrow is Parish Reports day. . .hopefully it'll all go all right with minimal fuss. Fingers crossed, anyway.

After work was okay -- wrote/edited another chunk on "Fixing You." Victor and Alice are in his mind, and ready to embark on their journey through what I've always thought of as Silent Burtonsville. Have already made the forest creepier than it has any right to be. . . I then watched the latest of the Helloween/Klyka collab that is Resident Evil 6 (game remains fairly awful, and has a particularly terrible-looking section against a bioweapon zombie fishman at the end which -- how do you animate two people sliding down a water chute THAT BADLY), and the latest AT4W episode (another old text review given new life -- this time about a rather mediocre 90s comic about the guy who was Thor for a little while when the original Thor wasn't, then got similar powers of his own and started out as a new hero called Thunderstrike. First issue hated carjackers with a surprising passion and indulged in a lot of 90s cheese). Good times there, at least.

Nothing much more to report -- I'm caught up on various things, and my newly-arrived period is making me more tired than I should be, so I'm gonna go ahead and hit the sack. With me luck with Tuesday! Just want to make it through this week with minimal problems. . .
