crossover_chickUsual room-cleaning stuff, with a side of a load of laundry (my flannel sheets), and washing out the vacuum cleaner (which was so clogged with leaves and fluff after Mom vacuumed the living room the other day it wasn't even funny). Bit annoying, but what can you do.
Also annoying: BioShock 2 being crashy. Quit on me twice today -- the first time when I hadn't saved in a while. Which means I had to do a particularly creepy section in the game (a look at the Little Sister Orphanage in Siren Alley) twice. Let me tell you, crayon drawings getting defaced in terrifying ways does not get easier the second time around. I have made it to the next area in the game, though -- Dionysus Park. Which features an art exhibit by Sander Cohen. Yeah, I decided pretty quick I was going to save and quit for the day before venturing in that hell hole! I know he's dead by now, but still. . .I get any more statue splicers I'm going to freak. Uuuugh.

-->Got my friend's birthday fic all edited up today -- in my VictorLuvsAlice queue now, along with this "Scene from Secundus" -- daughter So I've got the fic side of things pretty well covered.
-->Said friend wrote a great new fanfic for Dirk Gently, which I had a blast reading. :) It's her one-year anniversary as a fic writer for the fandom too, which is cool! Always nice to see someone staying excited about something they love. :)
-->Watched the next set of Helloween's Deadly Premonition LP -- this game is so FREAKING WEIRD. There are no normal people, there are no normal places, the car driving controls are wank, and York is still receiving messages in his coffee. It's FANTASTIC. Also, I find myself wanting York to run away with a cute squirrel-obsessed police officer. XD What, Thomas bakes a good biscuit, and York is very particular about his biscuits.

And, well, that's about all there is to report today, beyond me watching some more riddle videos. Tomorrow: Sims extravaganza! Plus Bayonetta 2. :D
