Busy Busy Saturday

-->Went to the dentist -- teeth are still in decent shape, although a getting a night guard against night-time grinding was mentioned as part of my "treatment plan." Which I'd never heard before. I don't know if I grind my teeth at night, but I do know that I have been gritting them a lot more often thanks to work, so. . . I don't think it's a thing I have to worry about too much yet, but still. Guess I should keep it in mind.
-->Mom and I then proceeded to Wal-Mart for some essentials. Busy day there, not helped by it being fairly rainy and cold. We got almost everything on our list -- but, unfortunately, I WASN'T able to get the new sports bra I wanted. We found one that fit me around the chest, but the cup size was too small. *grumbles* So we might have to order this online. If they even HAVE the size I need. . .meh. We'll see. Just would be nice to have something new.
-->Then we came home, had lunch, and I cleaned my room while my parents went outside and planted a bunch of Mom's new plants. Our front yard should look pretty nice once everything starts growing and blooming! :)
-->After that was writing -- a snippet of my new Lovecraft Jazz AU that's gonna double as a birthday present for the tumblr friend most invested in it. XD Probably gonna take tomorrow to edit it and get it into post-worthy condition -- it's a present, after all. Gotta be good!
-->And then -- LINKARA 500TH EPISODE. Yup, Third part finally went up today, and holy CRAP was that a long and weird ride! He did a maxi-series leading up to a bit event, and it was just -- well, it was kinda gross, honestly, with plenty of body horror and bleak themes and just general stupidity that brought out the Linkara rage. Also plenty of people being douchebags, one "superhero" in particular who basically trapped his partner inside his body to stop a "betrayal." Ugh. And it all even ended on a downer note! Blah. Very glad Linkara was there to make things better. *hugs him*
-->That led straight into dinner (the 500th episode is over TWO HOURS LONG), and after that was a "Fun With Shorts" (about kitchen safety -- as Josh put it, another finger-wagging production from Centron), and a house build video from The Sim Supply where he refrained from using the "move objects on" cheat! It was pretty cool watching him do a tiny build without that. Ended up with a nice house too.
-->Got my latest "Scenes from Secundus" short up too: valentine, a bit of fluffy fun. I don't think I ended up linking the last one, so here's that too: hark, a love letter to goofy infomercials. XD
-->And that basically leads into the present, with me having set up my VictorLuvsAlice queue and doing the RP thing on Valice Multiverse. Gotta answer the comment sitting in my inbox, then get back to that. Mother's Day tomorrow, though Mom doesn't have any big plans. At least the weather's supposed to be nicer, so I can get in my walk. Gotta get my exercise, especially since we've got a mini cheesecake sampler for dessert this weekend. :) Night all!
