Just Sorta Meh Monday

crossover_chickOn the plus side, the GL actually worked today, so that's nice. And I wasn't inundated with requests for stuff, which was also good. On the minus side, it was just kind of long and dreary in general, and I had kind of a shitty ride home thanks to some nasty traffic. And had to help out with folding laundry once I did get home. Plus my mom had a pretty bad day at her job, and listening to her complain can be pretty exhausting in itself. I totally sympathize, of course, and she listens to me bitch in return, but it's just -- so much DRAMA. I don't know how she stands it.
On the creative front, I edited a good chunk of Victor and Alice entering the Land of the Dead in Chapter 7 -- everyone's super-excited to see Victor and Alice, and Bonejangles is running off to get a very special guest. :) Still not sure if I'm going to split the chapter or not -- I think the time to do it would be them going to the Ball & Socket. . .we'll see how I feel.
On the video front:
-->Q&A from The Sim Supply (a new thing he's doing) -- he told us about some of his favorite YouTubers (he enjoys more educational people, apparently), the things he does that are not Sims-related (he likes Assassin's Creed: Origins apparently), and said that the "Mad Scientist" and "Super Sim" LPs will be coming back eventually, but they're meant to be "filler" series when he's not concentrating on other stuff -- and to be fair, the "Rags To Riches Seasons" LP is definitely keeping him busy!

-->More Sims 4 shenanigans by Call Me Kevin -- mostly focusing around Jim Pickens moving into another family's house to kill them and sell all their stuff to spruce up his own place (where everything was constantly breaking all the time). It's delightful to watch someone so evil at work sometimes.
And now I'm doing a little last queuing on my VictorLuvsAlice tumblr (four part Sims posts take a while to write, especially when you get distracted by TV Tropes at one point) and going to empty out the inbox. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, but at least warmer -- I'll take what I can get. G'night all!
