crossover_chick: Doc in goggles and holding a big old plug with the words "feeling sparky..." (BTTF: feeling sparky/creative)

Although the Lincoln Woods walk didn't happen -- there was a prediction of off-and-on rain, and it was really just generally too dark and gloomy. Did one of my YouTube videos again instead, which worked out just fine. And tomorrow I should be able to get some walking in -- supposed to be halfway decent out! I hope so, especially since apparently the weather forecast for the end of the week is more rain. Meh.

But yeah, after the usual kind-of-slow start, I got a fair bit done:

-->Watched some old OXBox videos, Jay's newest 60 Parsecs sets (he got a new ending that included romance between two of the characters as well as stopping a war on the alien planet; and then another downer ending after over 100 days of survival where his two remaining crew members tried to escape a roving gang of aliens with their new alien friends, but got cornered in a silo and slaughtered. He was not pleased); The Sim Supply's newest video (after more shenanigans, including many, MANY failed wishes at the wishing well, he has successfully readded Luna and Benedryl to the family and brought them back to life via ambrosia. Yay James!); Helloween's latest Kholat set (Spooky Russian Walking Simulator remains spooky (the voice acting is quite good), if kind of annoying -- Helloween had a hard time avoiding death by Orange Winnebago Satan this set); and a RTGames video on running a super profitable hospital in Two Point Hospital (at the expense of both patients and staff, of course XD)

-->Got another chunk edited on Chapter 8 of "Fixing You" (Victor, Alice, and Fixxler are preparing to leave for Upstairs again, and I took the opportunity to clarify a few things about how magic works in this verse to avoid fully contradicting something I said earlier about it)

-->Ate my popcorn (what, it was on my earlier to-do list! And it was a very good day for it)

-->Played some more BioShock Infinite (I have picked up some Gear that allows me to be revived by Elizabeth after dying at full instead of partial health -- which is good, as I died a LOT in recent fights. I officially hate dudes with rocket launchers atop airships that I can barely reach. Also, skylines are fun while traveling from place to place, but not so great when you're using them during combat -- I gotta take another look at the controls next time I'm on one, see if there's a way to slow down. But we powered up the gondola to the airship that'll take us out of here, and we're one step closer to escaping the sky-racists. Not that I think it's going to get any easier from this point. . .fortunately, Shock Jockey is proving to be a very useful vigor. I gotta start using traps more too, actually. . .)

-->Got my "Newcrest Adventures" Wednesday update all ready to go (three-parter instead of the two I expected, but that's okay)

-->And I'm all caught up on messages, for a change (whew! Don't expect it to last, though)

So yeah -- not bad, me. *pats on back* Just gotta clear out the inbox, and that'll be a good note to end the evening, and the weekend, on. We'll see how stressful this upcoming week is. At least, no matter what, it'll be short. Night all!
