Sort Of Did It Sunday

crossover_chickOnce again, BioShock Infinite fell to the wayside -- that time I managed to play both games in one day must have been one serious fluke. Mostly because I think it was a rare day where I got going earlier in the day, and today was one of those "stay in my PJs until almost noon" days. I'm just not good at getting up on weekends. Particularly when I haven't slept that good the night before. . .got caught up in a mix of fanfic and TV Tropes last night/this morning, and didn't hit the sheets until 2:30 A.M.. And then spent who knows how long tossing and turning. . .didn't even get up until 10:30. Really gotta make 1:30-2:00 A.M. my limit. . .
Despite this, though, I did get a few things accomplished:
-->Cleaned my room -- though I nearly sent a shelf of stuff topping when my chair wobbled (I have to stand on one to dust the higher shelves behind my bed). >.< I also skipped the Swiffer Dry bit -- I figure my hardwood floor bits will last until next Saturday. I just didn't want to skip dusting and vacuuming.
-->Finished off Chapter 8 of "Fixing You!" It was just over a page until the end, soooo :D Getting started on Chapter 9 tomorrow, w000~
-->Watched some fun videos -- Jay failing completely to survive for longer than about twenty days in 60 Parsecs! when he tried to leave without scavenging ANYTHING (That Dude was seriously getting frustrated); CallMeKevin showing off more Sims 1 shenanigans with Jim Pickens' parents (Dick Pickens is trying to become a celebrity, in a weirdly appropriate twist of fate (Sims 4 is getting that EP soon), and doing so by constant standup in empty rooms); James showing off how and why he did the foyer, back conservatory, and upstairs landing in the mansion the way he did (trying to make the place look lived in without restricting Sim passage, and including gameplay elements -- the upstairs landing, for example, became a second living room/gaming area, which is neat); Deli doing an utterly wacky build made up of stuff she doesn't use a lot in the game (lots of random mad scientist stuff, for starters XD The house was a wreck and yet I kind of love it and want to renovate it so it's nicer); and -- very importantly -- TWO videos of Andy and Jane of OXBox playing pre-beta Hitman 2 missions! :D Oh, they did NOT disappoint! My only regret was that Mike wasn't part of the team for some reason (guessing he didn't go to the con where all this happened?) -- but then the second mission ended up taking some Mikey twists with the sheer number of people Andy had to knock out and hide, so that was fun. :D I am SO looking forward to the finished product "3 Ways to Play" videos. . .
-->Played Sims 4 -- Marty and Jennifer ended up abandoning their children to spend a day out at the flea market. XD What, they deserve some time away from their kids. And they got a new couch and a new snowglobe out of the deal -- the latter of which I have not placed yet *facepalm* I keep forgetting Jennifer has them in her inventory! At least I remembered the couch.
-->Got my queue done for Valice Multiverse (yay), and a couple days' for VictorLuvsAlice, and I'm just finishing sorting out my Sims pictures for the next Wednesday update (also yay)
So just gotta empty out the inbox now, and I'm set. Gotta prep myself for a full week of work. *foooh* Hopefully it won't be too bad. Night all!
