Quick Sum Up Of Halloween Eve

crossover_chickAs my time management skills have not been great this evening and I've still got a few things to do before going to bed:
-->Work was all right -- pretty quiet, with me working largely on roster maintenance stuff. Feels good to chip away some more at that pile. I mean, the temps help, but there's some stuff they don't know how to do, so we all gotta pick up some of the slack.
-->Tire started going flat on the car. Dunno how this happened, but I got both to work and home safely, and Dad's pumped it back up. We'll have to check tomorrow to see if it stayed the way, though.
-->Edited another Valice Shipping Week short -- the Lovecraft Jazz AU one. Turned out to be longer than I thought (and it didn't help that we ate supper a little late), so I didn't get my intended "Technicolor Phase" chapter up. Just have to do it tomorrow night after the trick-or-treaters stop showing up.
-->Watched the final Mansion Build video from The Sim Supply (finishing up the greenhouse, building a dog house and training area for Scooby, and shoring up some of the other outdoor areas) and a "Fun With Shorts" riffing a Halloween safety short from the 70s (standard fare of the time, with an awful soundtrack. Josh was amusing as ever, though). Helloween actually uploaded the first set of his new Call of Cthulhu LP (new game, came out apparently this day as he said he'd start the LP the day it came out on Twitter), but I didn't have time to watch it tonight. On the plus side, it's a perfect LP for Halloween night. :D (Well, okay, considering my focus this October on my tumblr has been VAMPIRES, maybe another set of Dr. Bitey would have been more appropriate, but still.)
-->Did my Valice Multiverse queue -- lot of asks AND two threads. Well, I guess Halloween is one of the days on which that blog SHOULD be busy.
-->And now it's time to do the traditional emptying of the inbox and hitting the sheets. Just gotta get through one more day of work, then it's Halloween and a four-day weekend! Looking forward to it. Night all!
