crossover_chick: Doc looking very sarcastically over his shoulder (BTTF: in a sarcastic mood)

Work was -- well. Talk about being constantly bombarded with shit people want me to do. It started practically from the moment I booted up my computer. Can you check on this, can you do that, can you call this person -- and I'm still trying to catch up from the stuff that happened while I was sick, and answering the phone, and trying to get some gifts on, and -- ugh. Days like this make me seriously want to punch something. Especially when I feel like I'm not getting much accomplished. *sigh* See if tomorrow's any better. . .

Evening has been nicer, even if I've spent most of it falling down various little rabbit holes of bloggery. Actually managed to get in a bit of exercise -- my shortest video at ten minutes, but it was a good way to ease myself back into working out, I think. I am feeling a lot better despite having to blow my nose periodically still, so that's good. I also got in another page on "Secundus 2" -- rewriting the scene with Victor and Cheshire in his lab. Bit of a struggle to get things JUST how I want them, but it's coming along, slowly but surely. And this is only the second draft -- it's really not until the third that everything REALLY comes together.

Fit in two videos tonight -- well, one podcast and one video, I should say. The Wyrd Sisters released another episode of their Discworld podcast, this one on Mort. They were actually pretty critical of the book -- more so than previous entries. Still enjoyed it, but they made a point of saying the ending wasn't quite as satisfying as they would have liked, and that some of the characters were more REactive than PROactive thanks to the plot. But it was still a very enjoyable ride, and they think that it's a good jumping-in point for the series. :) And there's going to be a detour next month into Good Omens! (Probably because that adaptation will be coming out soon.) So that'll be fun. Other video was more Kubz Scouts fooling around in Yandere Simulator -- the club leaders now have specific lines for removing you from a club if one of the members sees you kill someone, and Jay tried to collect them all. There was also some fun with Senpai and his new ability to unmask you, including an interesting little glitch where you can get him to follow you around, trying forever to unmask you but never actually able to. So that was cool.

And I just got my Valice Multiverse queue set (with some posts for May Day -- hey, I've established it as Victor's favorite holiday, so I had to do SOMETHING), along with my Victor Luvs Alice one for a couple of days, so time to finish clearing out the inbox and head to bed. Trying to keep in the habit of getting off before midnight. . . Fingers crossed tomorrow is better, seriously. Night all!
