Room Cleaned: Check! Did it this morning after my breakfast and around lunch, got done by about 2:20, which was nice. Sorted for another couple of weeks!

Played Bloodlines: Check! Today was all about clearing out Venus's two quests with the Russian Mafia. Which, uh, ended up involving a lot of reloading at two certain points as I struggled to make sure both the situation with Igor in the Empire Arms parking lot, and the situation with Boris in his penthouse suite, didn't get out of hand -- the first risking Masquerade violations, the second me getting shot to death by Boris's many, many guards if he or Dima escaped the office. *sigh* I EVENTUALLY completed both the way I wanted to, with a little help from Dementation (I went ahead and bumped it up to three afterwards, as I HAVE been using it a lot), but cripes, if I had to go through listening to Boris drop bad Russian one more time. . . Though, on the plus side, a glitch allowed me to hear the dialogue where he offers the player character cash to go kill Venus instead (I Demented him, then went to steal some of his stuff and somehow triggered dialogue with him again, and my only options were to persuade that time). As I'm planning in-story to have Alice falsely take that quest, fake Venus's death with her help for the money, then kill Boris, it was good to hear. :) But yeah, Venus is good, I'm a "silent partner" in Confession, and I'm good to go to Grout's! I figure I'll do Pisha after that, as Alice will ALREADY be angry and ready to rip and tear, and given that, again, I'm planning on doing the Pisha boss fight instead of her quests. . .

(Oh, something I discovered -- the Plus Patch, for unknown reasons, adds a really annoying turnstile thing to the club's front entrance. I thought you had to already be the silent partner to make Venus get rid of it, but turns out you just have to complain about it to her, as in-game Alice did when she left on the first quest. I'll probably just leave it out of the story version altogether, though.)

Worked on the Londerland Bloodlines document: Check! Had to transcribe my notes after all. I also added a tidbit I discovered from looking up sunrise and sunset times in LA in October online -- Alice has about thirteen hours to work with a night during the game. That's very useful for helping me estimate just how much she can get DONE during a night. Currently the timeline follows the order I'm completing quests in exactly, with me arbitrarily deciding what constitutes a night, but I'm definitely going to be rejiggering a few things and moving stuff to different times based on what makes the most sense in light of this information. (Plus fitting in her actually getting to know Victor and spending time with him -- and Victoria, Emily, Lizzie, and Bonejangles when they join up.) Biggest thing so far is adding a day to the current timeline so that blowing up the warehouse has a night all to itself -- I've been thinking about it a lot, and I think that makes the most sense.

Watch the Bloodlines 2-related videos I have in my Watch Later queue: Check! The first one was That One Demo that has been released out at E3 and GamesCom, only this time with developer commentary! Apparently our thin-blood may have multiple stupid dances in their lineup. XD And there was a lot of talk about trying to give the player a lot of choice in dialogue, how they wanted to make it obvious from the get-go that playing as a vampire is DIFFERENT from being a human, the difference between various ways to feed. . .it was interesting stuff. :) They really do seem to love the game and want to give the player a lot of stuff to do in it -- I'm all for that! :D

The other one was just a quick video from Outstar about the information coming out about the factions -- namely, the Camarilla and its prince in Seattle, Alec Cross. Basically just her trying to convince us that "no, no, this guy isn't just LaCroix 2.0." XD He does still look like an asshole though. But then again, bias from Bloodlines showing there. Plus the knowledge that almost all vampires are assholes at their core.

So yeah, that was all good. I also:

-->Watched two OXBox/OXtra videos -- one about the least-chill berserker modes in video games (Doomguy from the 2016 Doom got a mention with his ripping and tearing, as did Kratos with his "Spartan Rage" -- no Hysteria Mode from Alice, though! That made me a bit sad), and one about ways games tried to justify video game mechanics (like Red Dead Redemption 2 having your character actually set up a camera to take pictures in picture mode, or the blood that appears on your screen when Nathan Drake from Uncharted gets shot a lot actually representing Nathan's luck running out, with none of the bullets except the one that actually kills him connecting. ...That one actually feels like it raises more questions, honestly).

-->Also watched a video on some of the best RPGs that aren't Dungeons & Dragons from their friend and DM over at his new channel Dicebreaker -- some fun and unexpected stuff! Including a really dark one-shot RPG called "Ten Candles" that is supposed to be played by the light of ten tea candles and may have you literally BURNING pieces of your character sheet. Also it's about the end of the world and nobody survives at the end, hence why it's a one-shot thing. Fascinating if depressing.

-->And got my Scene From Secundus up: An Unwelcome Announcement This Way, the first half of another two-part prompt. It's Victor's perspective of when his parents dropped the bombshell that he was getting married to Victoria on him, in first person. As usual, got edited up, though not quite as much as I expected. I do like the new last line I came up with. XD Now I just have to remember to refer back to this version when I post Nell's view of the incident next week. . .

And now I'm doing some of the RP thing and preparing to get my VLA queue sorted for the next few days. Usual Saturday night/Sunday morning stuff. Tomorrow's to-do list: watch Helloween's latest Dead Space 2 set (posted tonight, yay), write some more on "Secundus 2," play some Sims 4 (must remember to update my MC Command Center for the latest patch!). Again, think that's achievable for a Sunday. *nods* Night all!
