In the sense of, in a rare turn of events, I forgot to set my alarm and ended up oversleeping. >.< Fortunately just by seven minutes -- I woke up just before my mom knocked on my door. Though I'd actually woken up briefly before, at 6:19, because I kind of had to go to the bathroom -- wish I'd noticed I hadn't set my alarm then! At least it was a quiet morning, and I still got out the door on time. Still, hoping to avoid a repeat next week!

Work itself was all right -- working my way through the GL, the last of the returned mail, and some other returns from our processing center. If nothing else, I managed to keep reasonably busy. Traffic in was all right -- traffic home, not so much, mostly because of a car I had to get around that broke down RIGHT AS TWO LANES WERE MERGING. That was a fun one to maneuver around, let me tell you. . . Made it home in one piece, though, and managed the following:

-->Got in a workout, as today was cold and definitely not a walk day -- supposed to be nippy all weekend too, bleh.

-->Wrote some more on "Londerland Bloodlines" -- Alice is chatting with Mercurio about why she needs Astrolite, and learning about the feud between Tung and Therese. This is where the night ends in my playthrough timeline, but I might rejigger something because it still feels a bit early yet. . .maybe Alice will at least pick up Lily's things from the diner? I dunno -- we'll see how this all works out as I continue on. Certain things I KNOW have to fire off in a certain order, but others. . .hmm. Like I said, we'll see.

-->Watched a bunch of OXBox and OXtra for my nightly YouTube binge! All list videos -- escort missions where you got escorted (apparently Alyx is much more badass than Gordon Freeman; also Geralt has badass vampire friends who need to show up in the Netflix version); ridiculous Kickstarter rewards for Kickstarter-funded games (who wants legal documents from the controversy over Night Trap?); things all games need to agree on already (basically summed up as "CAN WE HAVE SOME STANDARDIZED CONTROL SCHEMES PLEASE" -- mainly for running, jumping, crouching, and hitting people); amazing items that were permanently missable, to our horrors (my favorite was Fatal Frame's earring that helps get you a good ending -- not only is it locked away in a missable sidequest, it's also only available in NEW GAME PLUS. *sigh* That's dedication to keeping an item hidden!); and tricks by game developers to make their lives easier (ever wonder WHY you don't actually see characters handing things to each other in video games? You are now!). All fun stuff, though I am sad that Mike has to go to jail for "Invert Look" crimes.

-->Got my Valice Multiverse queue done -- all asks again, though there were a lot of them. All sorted now, though, which is nice.

And now I have to clean out my inbox before hurrying off to do the writing thing. Tomorrow's plans include doing my taxes (just to get them out of the way), watching an episode of "Vein Pursuit" (because I really, really want to), and playing more Bloodlines (out of order for my usual gaming schedule, I know, but if I'm watching vampire stuff. . .). Oh, and getting up the next chapter of "Secundus 2." *claps hands* Night all!
