But I sure watched a lot about it! Let me give you the breakdown of my YouTubing today:

-->A couple of Fallout 4 companion reaction videos (remarking on when you leap from giant heights, or asking about the lion in the public library)

-->Various Fallout 4 modding videos (how to install the script extender mod for FO4, since that's important to a lot of other mods; how to stop your game from doing apparently pointless Creation Club updates that will break said mod; someone's favorite mods from the coming-up-on-five-years the game's been around (people do some interesting stuff with this game – one guy's basically turning it into "Fallout but Silent Hill"); and most importantly, one dude's video on how to install mods as a beginner, filmed while he was doing a clean install of his mods after something got screwed up and mucked up a save! So I could see clearly WHAT EXACTLY I HAD TO DO. I'm still a little nervous about adding mods, but that's the video I'll be following to actually do so. (Also watched a bunch of his other stuff, including a fun glitch compilation, a tour of his quite impressive Red Rocket settlement, and a trick for placing items on shelves as necessary.))

-->NPCWars doing two free-for-all tournaments with Fallout 4 – one for all the companions, and one for all the faction leaders (minus the Minutemen until the very end, because in that one YOU are the faction leader thanks to Preston). It was pretty amusing stuff to watch – Danse dominated the first round of the companion free-for-all thanks to camping in a corner with his power armor, the bastard. MacCready won round two, where Danse had to wear the same clothes as everyone else; Strong won round three, the fistfight competition; and X6-88 won round four, the rocket sledge competition. On the Faction side, the first and last rounds were won by Father from the Institute, the second round by DIMA from Far Harbor's synths, and the other two by our dear Mechanist! :D Good stuff.

-->A whole BUNCH of videos showing off the Male Sole Survivor's best "sarcastic" lines, along with other funny stuff like being the Silver Shroud, flirting with a ghoul, and poor Nick Valentine glitching out. Freaking HILARIOUS XD

-->And when I finally peeled myself away from Fallout 4-themed videos, it was to dive into GrayStillPlays! Specifically:

A) Drug Dealer Simulator, where Gray decided he didn't want money, but bodies. Cue him mixing up some truly lethal concoctions in a coffee mill and calling them all variations on "Starbucks." XD Starbucks Pink Drink was the most lethal – he'd killed over a dozen people by the time he ended the episode.

B) Episode, where Gray was a coach in charge of a team of women prisoners, hoping to earn their freedom by playing in a soccer match against another team. Obviously everything was as weird and fucked-up as possible, and Gray slept with all the women he could, causing them to lose and the warden to lose his house. w000~ XD

C) Cities Skylines, where Gray divided his USA map in half, then set up two cities – Lower Heaven on the southern half, where everything was good and happy and full of education; and Upper Hell on the northern half, where everything was painful and miserable and full of landfills. And then he filled up the hollow wall separating them with water and sewage and drowned both upon cracking it open with meteors. Just a typical Gray day in the city!

So that was all fun -- and I've made myself an account on NexusMods, where pretty much all the Fallout 4 mods live, so now if and when I take the plunge, I can actually GET some mods. Found two that I would like for sure already -- the Unofficial Patch (natch), and a mod that has Preston stop giving you most of the radiant Minutemen quests every time you talk to him once you get Radio Freedom up and running. Because I love Preston, but I get what everyone says about the settlement thing -- I want to be able to have an actual conversation with him, without being constantly worried I'm gonna be pulled into another timed quest. (Which is essentially why my original save has petered into just doing Minutemen stuff all the time. . .)

Anyway, I did manage to accomplish some non-Fallout 4-related things today:

-->Got out for a walk! Yeah, got into the 50s with some sunshine today, so me and Mom took a quick 2-mile loop around our general neighborhood. Managed to mostly avoid people, though there were a few on our route we had to go around. Always good to get some fresh air when you can!

-->Did some more on Chapter 7 of "Secundus 2" -- yeah, this is definitely gonna be ready for posting this weekend. :D Doc's currently having some worries about how he sort of stumbled into a date with Clara, and if the date will even happen, given the mayor's dislike of him (aka, he's worried he won't be allowed into the festival). As the next chapter is set AT the festival, obviously it's not a concern, but hey -- it's logical for him to worry about it now! :p

-->Got my Valice Multiverse queue sorted -- drafted four ask replies this morning, and queued them and another four up this evening. So that's good. And I've got the Newcrest Adventures update all ready to fire tomorrow, so that's all set too. :)

And that's about it, really. Gonna finish up with the inbox, clear up anything else that needs clearing up, and then hit the sack. Tomorrow is back to Sims -- James has an episode of "Rags To Repayment" waiting, and apparently there's a new community survey up I can poke at. Plus more Call Me Kevin videos. . .and Atop The Fourth Wall's 600th episode! Just waiting to be sure all parts are uploaded before I tackle that. . . For now, though, night all!
