Both at work (with fewer phone calls to worry about and a chance to finally finish watching all those PCI videos) and with my PMS -- though, given what I know about my cycle, that probably means I'm due the damn thing any minute now. I do tend lately to have a bit of a calm before the storm. . . I even successfully got gas after work (with the help of a lot of hand sanitizer and some disposable gloves for actually touching the pump), so I don't have to worry about that again for a little bit. Still don't like going anywhere I don't have to, but at least the gas station has both a masked employee AND a plastic barrier between us.

Afternoon's been pretty nice too:

-->Weather's lovely today! Warm and dry with plenty of sun. :) It's not supposed to LAST, sadly -- tomorrow we have a threat of showers, and over the weekend the forecast is "hot, hazy, and humid" -- but I'm enjoying it while it's here!

-->In accordance with the lovely weather, we had the beanbag game today! Dad won all three, while Mom took second twice -- I finally managed to beat her in the third go-round. Little rusty after not getting to play for most of the week -- hopefully I can turn it around with some more practice!

-->Did some more with "Secundus 2," Chapter 10 -- the gang has rushed into the ladies' dressing room to find Alice being badass with Gordon Tannen under her Vorpal Blade. :D Oh, and he's finally said Bittern's name, so now they know exactly who they're dealing with, and what the danger level is (high). Moving toward that big old climax! :D

-->Sims-themed YouTube tonight:

A) The next episode of "Rags to Redevelopment!" This one was partly a building episode, as James added some more shipping containers onto the house and rearranged everything again. Ambrose has quite a bit of space now, it has to be said! He doesn't have a lot of stuff to FILL said space, but. . .we're getting there. :P He's also on a quest to get the fabricated electronic upgrade part recipe from Tina Tinker, but she's being quite cagey and refusing to actually give it to him. She tried fobbing him off with the desk recipe (which he already had, as we made the desk his computer's on) twice! TINA! XD But hey, Bob's still got a nice steady income, he's working hard on fabricating more stuff, he's getting into candle making (complete with planting his own soybeans for wax) – if he could just keep his needs up and his mood stable, life would be good. :p Also, James said that he's not ending this series for the Nifty Knitting Rags to Riches, and allowed for the possibility of doing a mini-series with the stuff pack with Ambrose – which hey, I'm all for. Knitting is another craftable, so it just keeps with the theme of his life!

B) onlyabidoang covers ten new features in Eco Lifestyle that you might not know about – and guess what, I didn't know about some of them! Mainly, I learned how a Sim might die by flies (and how they might bond with them!); how eco-part upgrades work; a bunch of secret fabrication recipes; the existence of the eco-inspector; how acid rain works; and how many new phone call events there are in the pack (you know that one where you have to get married in 7 days to get an inheritance? If you ask what the conditions are, turns out the Sim who wrote the will said that if you ask what the conditions are, there aren't any – you just get the money. Neat!). Even the stuff I already knew about, like the Sims 1 items you can get from dumpster diving, was still cool to see. :) Makes me want to get the pack even more!

C) And another mini-comparison video from The Red Plumbob, this time covering Voodoo Dolls! Which have actually been in the games since Sims 1, though that version only had three interactions and they were all mean. I think the Sims 2 version was the best, simply because it had the most fun animations. Though being able to unlock it from the base game in Sims 4 IS handy.

-->Caught up on webcomics, then updated my queue for Valice Multiverse -- ten asks! That's a busy day. Good thing I was able to get to some of them on my lunch break. . . But yeah, that's all sorted, and I drafted out my final entry for the Seven-Day S.P.E.C.I.A.L. thing I was doing for my Sole Survivor!Victor on tumblr, so that's good too. Keeping on top of a few things, anyway!

And now -- well, I'm just doing a little reading through the "fallout 4" tag on tumblr, and am about to answer comments (and possibly add another mod to download for Fallout 4 -- someone did a cool mod to make more of the dumpsters able to be searched, and I kinda want it!) before heading to bed. Slept a little better last night, so that was good. Hoping the trend continues! At least I only have to make it through a half-day tomorrow. . . Night all!
