Though -- I'm not sure in a good way? Yeah, there weren't a lot of phone calls, and the GL problems were small (but still present), but. . .I dunno. My coworkers were damn near silent, and that's not like them. And I wasn't sure how to ask what was going on. There was a tension in the room -- a little different from the one yesterday, but. . . I dunno. I'm hoping tomorrow is a little better? We'll see, I suppose. . . At least I got my days off next week approved. So now I just have to make it to this weekend. . .

At any rate, had a surprisingly good ride home tonight, then a pretty decent afternoon:

-->Five rounds of the beanbag game today; Dad won the first two games, Mom won the third and fifth, and I managed to pull out a win in the fourth. So that was nice! The first game also turned into quite the shoot-out between Mom and me -- I just barely got second over her in the end!

-->Got in a short bike ride after that on the stationary downstairs -- watched some Taskmaster clips, which was fun. New episode tomorrow, yay~

-->Ended up working more on my "Layers" meme for my Malkavian!Alice(s -- both "Londerland Bloodlines" (where she's the Fledgling and Victor replaces Heather Poe as her ghoul) and "Tell Me Where To Find Shelter" (where she WAS the Fledgling, but goes through something more canon, and then wakes up in the same nuclear hellscape Sole Survivor Victor does)) for writing -- unfortunately didn't complete it, so it'll have to wait another week before going on tumblr, but I did make some decent progress! It's just tricky because I need to look stuff up for the two different versions sometimes. . .

-->Watched a little bit of very funny YouTube:

A) A couple bits of Call Me Kevin:

1. A look at a monster-hunting show that really plays up some of the "hillbilly" stereotypes, about men hunting Bigfoot! Kevin even got in the ghillie suit to watch. XD Apparently this particularly evil Bigfoot can read thoughts and control minds, and controlled two of the hunters to do weird stuff, like strip naked and cover themselves in mud. Also, there was a shouty dude who wanted to build a bridge trap that sort of got forgotten about. XD Kevin really enjoyed it, and I did too! I hope he watches more – it seems like quite the ride!

2. More Among Us! Which actually starts off with a news clip about the missing pepe popo from the last game. XD Kevin, fortunately, started making new friends in new lobbies – though it took a while. He got stuck in one place where one of the members was pretty foul-mouthed, to the point where everyone was just voting him off because he was such a jerk. XD But in the end he found a new best friend – 21! A fellow spaceman so loyal, he didn't even report Kevin when Kevin got chosen as an impostor and BASICALLY SHOWED THAT OFF TO HIM (via vent-jumping – he explicitly refused to murder him). It's cute how he keeps making buddies in these games, seriously.

B) And then a bit of GrayStillPlays Happy Wheels! Rooftop parkour on a bicycle! A bottle flip on LSD (seriously, the "impossible" platform was ROTATING – and Gray HIT IT TWICE)! The World's Hardest Father And Son Bicycle Obstacle Course (took him SO LONG to complete)! A GrayStillPlays "smoothie maker!" (Guess what the secret ingredient is!) But, strangely enough, my favorite was a very simple map called "Assassination" where Gray kept trying to jump on this guy and kill him with a sai – and kept FAILING, stabbing HIMSELF with the weapon. To be fair, the guy usually died too – there was a harpoon right underneath the platform he was on – but Gray REALLY wanted to be the one who killed him. And for some reason, the sight of him trying so hard and constantly getting the sai up his butt made me crack up laughing so hard I had to pause the video so I could get my breath back. I don't know WHY that was the thing that flung me over the edge, but. . .maybe I just really needed the laugh.

-->Caught up on webcomics and did a tiny bit of queuing (found a post I could reblog for tomorrow, yay)

-->And now I'm finishing up catching up on e-mails and comments before bed. Usual Wednesday night stuff. Tomorrow I hope is productive and less tense. At least it's also Taskmaster Day. . .and one day closer to the weekend. That's always good. *nods* Night all!
