Jun. 7th, 2004 09:51 pm-->Lupin and Sirius both had the stupidest looking mustaches on the planet. Made them look like vaudeville villians.
-->The dementors were incredible. The arctic conditions they created all around them were a nice touch.
-->Lupin as a werewolf was a disappointment, though. He didn't look in the least bit scary to me. He looked, frankly, like a monkey with a wolf head.
-->Neville has become quite the handsome young man. ;) The boggart scene, though highly trimmed, was handled well.
-->Good amounts of the book were cut -- Sir Cadogan (sadly, he was funny), Black's second break-in, who wrote the Mauraders (sp) Map, etc. And they moved stuff around too -- the Firebolt came at the end, rather than the middle.
All in all, not a bad movie, but I wish there was more in it. Eh. I'm tired. Bed.
