I'm going to have to see how much room there is on that lot. I'm all excited about making my first Magic Town house. :)
-D: So I take it you took the James Magibud option for playing today.-
Actually, I took both options. Doc Brown Clock is now the proud owner of a wand and 35 MagiCoins, as well as a spellbook, wand charger, and charm maker. I played them for a Sim Day -- Doc got his last logic point, Marty gained another mechanical. Everybody's in good moods in that house -- Marty and Doc are quickly building a friendship, Doc and Clara are in love, the boys are friends, everybody's happy. Time to learn Smiley Face and Relationship Boost to allow the two "workers" to advance in their careers. Also need to set up their garden.
-J: Don't forget me!-
Nope, I won't!
As for the SimGods, James has lived in his house less than a day and already has 520 MagiCoins, thanks to some Magic Mirroring. His house is a very simple affair -- two rooms, with a recliner that doubles as chair and bed. I decided the neighborhood needed a bit of ethnic diversity, so I made James a black Sim. I also decided that James should be serious -- all the better to woo Marie Brown.
-VD: Aw, true love.-
Hehehe, sort of. James did make two purchases -- Pixie Dust and Dragon Tears -- and did a quest for Clown Confetti. I plan to have him Hypnotize Marie into kissing him, then use Lovestruck. Once he's done with the new Brown house, I'll remodel his with the leftover money and give him Get Happy and The Big Question. Then Marie will move in with him, leaving the Browns free to become the Brown Jrs and take their new house in Magic Town. :P
-VM: Sounds like a plan. After that?-
My first babies! Well, first I keep, anyway.
-VJ: *blinku* First you keep?-
While playing that house one day, I got distracted in trying to up a relationship, and I accidentally clicked "yes" to the Adopt A Baby phone call. I didn't name it and I quickly deleted it -- you can do that with them still in the cradle. Good thing I had the automatic picture function turned off at the moment!
-VM: Awww. What was it?-
A boy, I believe. Don't be sad, you'll have kids eventually. I just hope that if you have girls, you don't get one of the creepy-looking "adult to kid" heads.
-VD2: I'd be hoping for the wizard kids.-
Hehehe, yeah.
Typing up "Reality Check," so later y'all.
