Heh, I know. That's why I've laid down a few "Muse House Rules:"
1. No fighting in my room -- if you have a disagreement, settle it where there's the least chance of something getting broken.
2. Everyone is to work together to help keep DocWolf and MiniDamosCrawler apart. This includes DocWolf -- I know MDC too well to make him comply.
-MDC: That's no fun!-

3. Docs, you have to be present at at least two out of three meals -- that way I know for certain that if you're involved in a big project, you're also eating. Also, tools down at midnight. Same goes for you, Martys -- I'm half-certain you guys get the same way about composing songs sometimes.
-Martys: *blush* You pick up things!-
-J: Liar, you were like that before you met him.-
4. Also, if you're going to conduct experiments in your room, you HAVE to have a fire extinguisher handy. This goes double for TeenDoc.
-E+H: *snort*-
-VD: *sulk* You make it sound like we blow things up and burn them down all the time.-
5. I don't mind if you have girlfriends over, just give me a heads up so I can give you the appropriate space.
-VD2: Thank you for doing that, by the way. I like being able to invite Josie over to see the house.-
No problem. *huggles*
That should cover all the truly disasterous stuff.

In Sims World, I played a quiet few days in Strangetown and its related college La Fiesta Tech. I wish Nightlife would get her sooner, my Sims need a bit of spicing up. I'm thinking of creating more new families again.
-D: What's wrong with that?-
I feel like I kinda neglect the ones I have, because of Twin Oaks Park.
-VD: So put them in Twin Oaks Park.-
Nah, I've already got all the families I want there. I'm actually planning a generational thing, and I want to keep the number of Sims managable.
-J2: Who do you want to make, anyway?-
. . . *small voice* Agatha Heterodyne and Gilgamesh Wulfenbach.
-J2: *snort* Figures.-
-M: Didn't you want to do the Sluggy Freelance guys once?-
Yeah, I did -- and with University, I probably could. I also sorta want to do the Baudelaires and the Quamires from "Unfortunate Events." But I must resist -- gotta handle the families I have at the moment.
Anyway, the Strangetown Browns had a nice quiet day -- I changed Doc's LTW to Max Out All 7 Skills. He's only two Charisma points away from doing it, so I figured I should. George has the same want locked in his want panel -- he's got Mechanical and Charisma to get through. Marty and Eileen are both doing very well in school and Marty is painting a lot as usual (he has a regular "Sell a Masterpiece" want):

I also decided that Eileen needed to get to know someone outside of her own family, so when kid Samuel wandered by, I had them meet.

I'm also doing my best to keep up with the other Sims friends -- Marty called Jennifer and got a call from J.C., while George called Holly.
Over in Fiesta Tech, Rosie and Otto are enjoying solo living. Rosie regularly paints while Otto works on coursework:

I bought them a mirror and a stereo so Rosie could earn her necessary Charisma and Body points -- I also got them a thinking cap so they could earn skills faster.

Their shower also decided to break -- as Otto needed Mechanical and Cleaning, I let him tackle it.

Otto does all his assignments and stuff -- Rosie prefers chatting up her teacher friends. I really need to get them to buy a computer (hell, the whole house needs to be bigger). She invited Professor Aiyana over today. She and Otto also ended up ordering pizza when I saw the fridge was getting low.
-M2: Why not go out and buy more?-
I'm trying to limit my playing time, honestly, so I have more time for webness. I'm gonna try to keep it to two hours on weekdays. Besides, everyone needs to eat ordered pizza once in their college lives. :p
As for this last picture, I just find it amusing Rosie and Otto share an interest in Crime and Punishment.
