Big One Over At eurekasims

Emma's graduated, nearly had a sucky graduation party, and moved onto her plot -- though that bit's not yet mentioned in the update.
-RPD: Busy day.-
Yeah. I'm honestly embarrassed about her party -- two guests didn't show -- her FIANCEE Holden, and a friend she met through him, Goopy (not THE Goopy). Goopy I can understand -- she had the party in the middle of the day, and I don't know what his job is. But Holden's a Professional Party Guest if I remember correctly, which means his job's at NIGHT. What's his excuse?

I hope not. Things moved slowly at the party as a result -- it just barely made Not Bad in the final few minutes. At least that means she has a good memory of the event.
-TD: Our Simself getting a party?-
I'm not sure -- I don't think so, but I may change my mind. We'll see if I can do anything about him going Gold Robotery first. Emma maxed out Creativity and got her Silver Gardening, after all.

The main living/dining/kitchen room is octogonal because of my intention to have Emma and her children live in a castle. This is a preliminary turret. It's small by necessity (she only had 8,000 simoleons left after buying the lot, and I had to use a chunk to flatten said lot), and it's a good thing I loaded her up with stuff before she left college. She's pretty broke right now (under a 1,000 simoleons), so her wedding with Holden is bound to be a bit delayed. Needs a job and proper clothing first (she's got a belly-exposing shirt, which really isn't her).

Day was a little shitty (idiot coworker playing with the bell -- everyone KNOWS by this point this pisses me off something fierce, a fair amount of clothing to process, leftover summer heat, worrying about my paycheck not coming until after I'd left (luckily it didn't), and being on the rag), but I got my free Fribble, so I'm pretty much good.

Yeah. :) Now all I have to do is get to work on my fanfiction. Gotta get "Gift and Curse" and "Marty In Wonderland" up tomorrow.
