T Minus 3 Days and Counting

The whole "going to Florida" thing STILL seems kinda unreal. I should start packing, that might help.
-D: You're still not packed???-
It's only the one carry-on. I have time.
-VD: We've been packed for ages.-
Really? When?
-VD2: What do you think we do while you're at work?-
Fair enough -- so where's all the suitcases?
-HD: *pulls one out of his hat*-

-HD: *puts it back, grinning* Pocket dimensions are fun and useful!-
-RPD: You really should pack, if only to determine how much space you have left after getting in your clothes.-
True. I need to bring something to snuggle at night, otherwise I'll never be able to fall asleep at our hotel. Will MiniEiny fit? Or should I bring the Doc "plushie?" Decisions, decisions. . . .
-OD: What about fanfic?-
The NonTrilogy story is coming with me, and I might bring a spare notebook to jot down Changeling thoughts -- I owe that much to RPD due to the Sims kerfuffle.
-RPD: Thanks.-
However, I think I'm pretty much set with the next chapter of "The Gift and the Curse," so hopefully we'll see that this weekend.
-OD: *tentacles squee* Ah, good work.-
Life in general is pretty normal -- work sucks (I HATE busy days), I'm wasting time on TV Tropes instead of writing, all of that. Though I did get a haircut today! It's a layered look -- shorter in the back, longer in the front.
-D: It looks very nice.-
Thank you. Victor didn't recognize me when he first saw me from the back.
-TTV: *blush* Well, I'm used to the long hair.-
Fair enough, so am I. This cut is much better for hot weather, though. And the cut-off portion goes to wig-making charities, so it's all good.
-DW: Hmmm. Maybe us animalforms should get our fur trimmed before we go. It might reduce any shedding.-
-WRM: *hiccups, goes human, smirks*-
-MF: Hey, not all of us can DO that.-
-TTV: I know a barber, he was apparently very good.-

-TD: I've been working on a new sunscreen formula!-
