More Thoughts On Alice
Mar. 9th, 2010 10:57 pm1. Took me a while, but I was able to find that first hidden Grasshopper Tea in Herbaceous Border. If you drop down in the final room of the first hole (the one where Cheshire says, "Whatever floats will do," you'll find a killer mushroom and a Grasshopper Tea. Damn, it's fun zipping around with that powerup. :D
2. You can combo-break in Rolling Stones. The path goes in a spiral -- the first room, with the mushrooms, is just a bottomless pit. The second room, however, with the spine, hovers over the third room, with the crackable ice. You can jump down safely from the spine and -- as long as you aim for the end of the tunnel and move fast -- skip a lot of the running. Be warned, though, you REALLY do have to move fast -- jumping down to the ice causes it to crack near-immediately.
3. In Icy Reception, Alice's breath is visible. I just thought that was cool.
