Hooray For Days Off!

A few:
-->Obtain Maskerade, the next book in the Discworld series that I need to read
-->Obtain the 25th Anniversary BTTF minimate set (I'm assuming they're in Newbury, anyway)

-->Reinstall "American McGee's Alice"
-RPD: *nodnod* Okay, two of those are obviously for the mall trip, and the rest I think are perfectly obtainable.-
I hope so. I'm a little worried about AMA versus Windows 7, but with the sequel coming out this summer, I want to have time for a replay.
Not too much else happening this Saturday -- woke up annoyingly early because I had to dispatch a spider, went for a walk with Mom, fiddled around with Sims stuff. I downloaded a few new things, including a weapons accessory kit with left- and right-hand versions of Alice's knife (plus Hatter's teapot staff) and an Alice Kingsleigh Sim.
-VD2: . . .Like the movie that much, or did you just want her dress?-
Which do you think? Incidentally, my premade AMA Alice's rock it. :p
-RPM: *playfully suspicious* Why do I think your "Steampunk Gulch" now has an Alice in it?-
Okay, okay, she, Cheshire, and Rabbit are the "Wonderland" family in the Sim Bin.
-TD: Not Lid -- oh, wait, EVL.-
Yeah, I wanted to make her different, and "McGee" just didn't feel right. (And of course, it's only now that I realize I could have used "Pleasance.")
-HD: Just Cheshire and Rabbit?-
I'm trying to keep the fandom immigrant population low. Sorry. :(
-TTV: So, when does the version of me appear in the Sim Bin?-
You know me too well, and probably tomorrow. I'll probably do Nell and William again while I'm at it. And maybe Mayhew, since they're supposed to be richer. They're going to STAY in the Sim Bin for a while, though.
-VD: Really? Why?-
I made a little rule for myself -- I have to have a shop up to Rank 10 before I can move in any families from the Sim Bin. Which means I have to play at least two generations of the Liddell Business Domination legacy before I can have my teenage lovebirds. Might move in a couple of the premade families too -- I was thinking Ajay Loner.
Anyway, on the RP front, bothmuseicalmarty and save_us_alice offered comfort to Clark and April, respectively, over Clark's father's recent death. :( On a happier note, Butterfly Boy's got a general Secundus playlist now. Suggestions for that or his personal playlist are welcome! And now, I'm off to ponder the fact that 8butterflyboy8 has 35 userpics with the Loyalty addons. . . .
