Trufax -- I forgot multiple times this past week it was the 4th of July weekend coming up. I suppose the issue is that it's the 3rd and the 5th that hold interest for me (anniversary of BTTF and then two BTTF birthdays plus my Dad's). And I haven't gone to see the fireworks in years, so. . . .
Not too much to report today -- surfing the web as best I can. I've gotten used to the slowness of Mom's computer, but I have to go downstairs on Dad's if I want to watch anything. (Listening to stuff is fine, fortunately, and I can sort of watch stuff on here -- it just jerks around a lot, so it's not really worth it.) 8butterflyboy8's 100 Drabbles of Summer drabbles up! Naturally, the one I chose to write up was independence. :p I am so lucky this one turned out to be only 1 word over wordcount when I first wrote it, and it took just seconds to find the right word to eliminate. I really wanted to get something up for the holiday.
-TTV: What about July 7th?-
That one's all set too, actually. Hooray! I did NOT want to miss Victor and Alice's anniversary, computer or no.
-TD: Think you'll get the call soon?-
I don't know. Wednesday will be a week, so after that I guess I can start really hoping. Just keep your fingers crossed.
