crossover_chick: Doc in goggles and holding a big old plug with the words "feeling sparky..." (BTTF: feeling sparky/creative)
Ah, the 7th! Day of fame and infamy! Let's get the rundown:
-->Marty has to track down Doc so they don't miss their train
-->Clara gets on said train, planning to leave town because of her broken heart
-->Doc finally drinks his shot and proves to be the absolute worst person in the world at holding his liquor
-->Chester and Joey make wake-up juice, leading to one of the funniest Doc faces and screams ever XD
-OD: Yes, wallow in my other self's misery.-
I'm sorry, but it is!
-->Clara learns that Doc's genuinely heartbroken and stops the train to run back and talk to him (possibly delaying it enough so Doc and Marty can catch up with it later)
-->Buford shows up early to challenge Marty to his duel
-->Marty discovers he's dead if he goes out there, and finally gets over his "if anybody calls me a coward, I will do dumb things" problem
-->An attempted escape by the duo out the back leads to Doc getting captured
-->Marty puts some Clint Eastwood movie knowledge to good use and tricks Buford with a bulletproof furnace door before suckerpunching him into some manure
-->Doc and Marty proceed to successfully borrow the train
-->However, Clara has just learned via model Doc was telling the truth and is hot on their heels
-->The boys start their plan, the Presto Logs start exploding, and Clara somehow manages to climb all over the train in heeled boots
-->Doc gets to the front of the train, looks down at the DeLorean in front of him, wonders "IN WHAT UNIVERSE DID I THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA?!"
-->Clara makes her presence known, and Doc realizes she has to come with (about time)
-->Final Presto Log blows -- CHAOS
-->Marty saves Doc and Clara's lives via hoverboard
-->Marty goes BACK TO THE FUTURE!
Whew -- busy day. With oh so many ways to go wrong.
-M: I think enough things went wrong, thanks.-
Heh.

In other news, it's Lucy's birthday today. She got some nice presents from her friends -- now I just have to make her [livejournal.com profile] charloft post. Bit of a weird one, but I think I found something sufficiently amusing.
-RPD: Glad to hear it. How was school?-
Not too bad today -- mostly going over the syllabuses, what's expected, stuff like that. I even got to come home early thanks to one teacher's computer not working, meaning she couldn't show us the PowerPoint she wanted. Tomorrow's a pretty easy day -- Sci-Fi class, hour break, then art class. We'll see how that goes.
-D: As long as you keep on top of your homework, you'll be fine.-
I shall endeavor to do so. *salutes*
Other things of note:
-->Made it to the third Radula Room in Chapter 5 of "Alice: Madness Returns." Found that Wilson memory I missed before, and I have all the bottles! :D I do believe we shall have another clean sweep this time. Which is good, because GOD is the Dollhouse creepy. I'd say "at least I'm out of the cellar," but that really doesn't help.
-->Got an e-mail from Diamond Select Toys -- the Alice minimate is on its way! :D
-->For BTTF fans -- it appears Nike is releasing another BTTF-based shoe! BTTF.com linked to this video on Twitter, and I saw a link to this article on tumblr. So be on the lookout, my fellow Backies!
-M2: Oh, awesome! Come on self-lacing!-
-J2: You really hate tying your shoes that much?-
-M2: I like convenience.-
*snrrk*
Okay -- Lucy Charloft post, write another drabble for Butterfly Boy, and I ought to spend at least a little time with "There's Always Tomorrow." So, later!
