Tumblr RP is Weird
Jan. 8th, 2012 11:59 pmNot that LJ RP can't be weird too, but right now the tumblr RP is very weird. They've got a new "fan mail" thing that lets you send private notes to one another, and my Forgotten Vows Victor and his Alice have been using it to send notes. With the result that, while Victor and Alice in the actual blog have just finished a rather awkward tea with Victor's parents and are now having a makeout session, in the notes they've:
-->been romantic
-->been sleazy
-->got into a fight when Forgotten Vows found himself thinking that the "sleazy" part made him a little like Bumby
-->made up
-->and are now currently talking about how Bumby mind-raped him
Yeah. Kind of weird to keep switching between "happy kissing times" and "depressing flashbacks times."
-TTV: All right, let's see now. Me, I'm technically canon. And the worst I've gone through is my self-inflicted denial about my relationship with Emily and Victoria. However -- DG-Victor has been possessed by a malevolent entity (that turned out to be all right in the end, but still), gotten high a few times, was taken to Chicago at a time of high tensions and violence against Wanderers, discovered his power to become a temporary ghost in a rather stressful way, and suffered an extremely traumatic breakup with his girlfriend. Butterfly Boy was dragged to another city beneath a flying steam train, has had to deal with mad scientists both good and bad, and is due to go Creative in a very painful way after having one of his friends murdered and his favorite place in Secundus destroyed. Not to mention the "post-apocalyptic" thread in Charloft, and the thankfully never-completed "Carrie" thread in Memebells. And Forgotten Vows was mindraped by Dr. Bumby into forgetting everything, was nearly made to kill his girlfriend, and is still recovering.
