Sorta-Lazy Saturday
Sep. 22nd, 2012 11:31 pmAs in, I don't feel like I did a whole lot, but I accomplished a few things. Uploaded "Not So Innocent" to Ao3 -- making the stories/chapters into HTML pages and then copy-pasting will work, just as it does over on my NaNo website, so yay. I'll finish uploading my short fic to there, then start posting the Forgotten Vows Verse. (Also decided not to bother with alternate psueds at the moment, since I can already see myself forgetting to post under them.)
Speaking of the Forgotten Vows Verse, Chapter 16 of "Finding You" is up! And I might be lucky enough to have Chapter 17 up tomorrow. We'll see -- I did editing on both chapters today, after all.
Also, I've finished the first draft of "Forgetting You." Now it's just a matter of rewatching/replaying "Alice: Madness Returns" (the latter of which I intend to do this October), and using that fresh knowledge to adjust the fic. Also figuring out the timeline I want once and for all, and how to divide up the fic. Currently it's got megachapters based on the six chapters of the game, but I'm probably going to break each of them into at least half. . .it's kind of tough, because Alice's memory segments tend to be rather short, while the London segments can get pretty long. . . *shakehead* I'll figure something out.
