Adventures In Bus-Taking

Though this didn't actually happen on my bus. . . I was just a witness to this scene while I was waiting for my bus.

What happened was, there were a pair of "Out of Service" buses parked outside the college when I got ready to leave for the day. Nothing too unusual about that. I see the drivers talking, one goes inside, I wonder why they have to clog up the "driveway" and make things harder for the other buses to get in. . .

And then the campus police pull up in front of the first bus.

Turns out, the first bus contains a very drunk and very abusive passenger who refuses to get off. You can hear him inside, yelling at the driver and the police. (Mostly "Fuck off!") By the time my bus pulled up, not only had the campus police gotten involved, but the regular Warwick police and the fire department with an ambulance. Fun times! So glad that wasn't on my bus.

Anyway, that was my big adventure of the day. Writing and gaming continues apace. Here's the new Alice counter:

So not too bad so far. Helps that the levels right now are pretty short. Also, I'd like to say right here and now -- for all that the graphics are dated and kinda blocky, they're still pretty damn beautiful for what they are. I can't wait to see the Skool sky again. :D
