Happy Birthday To Me

Been a pretty low-key birthday overall, since most of the festivities were taken care of yesterday. I did get cake, though! Nummy nummy cake. And hot chocolate to boot. :) And on the present side of things, a hilarious story from anonymoose_au. Thanks Moose! :D

Other than, I've mainly been RPing, both on tumblr and here (save_us_alice is out and about again) and playing "Portal 2." I no longer find turrets cute. You only find the bastards cute when they're NOT shooting at you. >.< *has unashamedly dissolved a bunch in the Emancipation Grids* At any rate, I'm up to "The Surprise," and to a chamber that apparently requires a lot of split-second portal placement. I might have to dedicate all my playtime tomorrow to getting past it. mostly because I have a most annoying habit of shooting the wrong-colored portals places. *shakehead* Ah well, I'll get the hang of it. I'm only, what, like a third or so of the way through the game?

Also, it may be my birthday, but you guys are getting the present: say hello to Chapter 2 of "Forgetting You!". We finally get to see one of Victor's sessions, and the hunt begins, setting up Victor's half of the plot. Hope you enjoy!
