A Slow, Slow Day

Didn't get as many records put in as I'd like for fear of going too far ahead of the people scanning them in -- fortunately, there's another crop of records going up for another school that I hadn't noticed before, so I can bounce between those two and get my totals up that way. And then there was a later-than-usual approval of my timesheet, and a bus ride home that started out as a full-on crawl. . . Yeah, it's a good thing we had cake in the freezer, because I decided I needed a piece.

Still white and shitty out there, though the roads are a little better now at least. Well, relatively -- the massive amount of snow in such a short time has resulted in some scary-looking bumps, dips, and potholes. Ugh. The spring and summer roadwork to fix it all is gonna be soooo much fun. . . Still, I'll take it if it means warmer temps and actually greenery out there. I am beyond sick of white. Daylight Saving's this weekend -- if that's not spring's cue to arrive, I don't know what is! (Well, okay, I do, it's the equinox on the 20th, but still.)
