Last Day Off
Jul. 6th, 2015 10:44 pmBut I am comforted by the knowledge that I have a short week ahead and get off early again on Friday. :P Ahhh, summer hours. . .
Not too much to say about today -- was hotter and muggier than yesterday, that's for sure. I came back sweaty as hell from my walk and ended up taking an early shower. I also worked some more on Chapter 15 -- cut some stuff that really didn't need to be in there, replaced it with more appropriate blather. . .yeah, I think this chapter is going to be the most reworked one so far. There's a lot that needs adjusting. There was also:
-->Linkara (Stan Lee does Superman -- which makes him kind of weird and unlikeable; Linkara's commentary was spot-on, though)
-->Helloween (First part of Resident Evil Remake! Since my knowledge of Resident Evil things is limited, and most of it concerns later games and sucky decisions in them, this is gonna be interesting :P)
-->A:MR (have finished off the Dollhouse chapter -- though I ran into a rather unusual way to crash the game. I fell off in one of the courses in the "Off With Her Head" minigame, but apparently the specific spot I fell through wasn't coded to have Alice "die" and respawn back at the beginning, so instead the game quit. Was rather startling to see the "A:MR has stopped working" dialogue box! But when I went back in and did the course properly, all was well, so. . .)
-->DragonVale (THE DELIRIUM HAS TOO MANY LONG FAILS >.< I mean, I've gotten some eggs I needed for display, but SERIOUSLY. And it goes away tomorrow, so unless I manage to pull something off before I head to work. . .)
-->Tumblr (queues are up, w00~)
And I just did DW tags (excepting one message), so I'm gonna do some last-minute catching up and hit the sack. Night all, sleep tight!
