Which might in fact explain the creepy dreams and such from yesterday, as brain and body do like to turn on me during this time of the month. . .I've avoided the cramps that sometimes assault me, though, so that's a small plus. And I suppose it's good to know that I'll be well over it in time for the 4th of July.

Work today was largely looking at a stack of "problem returns" in our safe room and seeing what I could do with them. The majority were just checking to see if someone's pledge balance was correct -- our billing system unfortunately means some of our donors don't see their latest payment on their statements, and it always causes some confusion. Fortunately it's generally easily resolved, but. . .well, there's always that one nasty note in the lot. Still more to do for tomorrow, but I've got the time.

On the creative side of things, got out another page for Chapter 4 of "In The Land of the Dead" -- creating a lot of one-shot ladies for this story, it feels like. I also wrote a drabble for my friend Nebby over on tumblr, since it's her birthday -- read it here if you like. The fandom's the game Medievil (an action RPG-type where you play as the raised remains of a charlatan knight, who has to battle the sorcerer everyone thought he defeated a hundred years ago and prove himself a real hero) and references her fanfic Donk And Sparrow -- I have no idea how many of you have heard of the game, but it looks fun. And it's her birthday, I wanted to do something with her fandoms.

And I am definitely in tired mode right now, so I think I'll wrap things up and hit the sheets at a DECENT time for once. Night all, sleep tight!
