Rainy Rain Monday

Was only threatening it this morning, but it soon got steady as soon as I got to work -- fortunately I only had to deal with it briefly waiting for the bus on the way home. And, despite traffic, I managed to do the 8-4 thing today, yaaay. Which turned out to be incredibly useful, as it allowed me a bunch of time to finish up Chapter 12! Yup, the next chapter of "In The Land of the Dead" has been fully reedited and will be ready to go Thursday evening! :D Moving straight on to 13 (the old 11) and redoing the beginning -- fortunately I know pretty much exactly how I want to rewrite it so it makes sense with the other changes I've added into the story. And then it's on to Chapter 14, and we are done! :D Looking forward to it -- it's been fun getting to know Lizzie and Bonejangles better and explore their relationship (as well as Alice's parents and BJ's backstory), but I'm itching to do Valicey things again.

Not much to say about today -- pretty typical Monday all things considered. Got my next Sims 4 post for the personal tumblr drafted, did Butterfly Boy's queue (some asks, some replies, the usual), currently finishing up any messages I have lingering in the ask box, then it's off to bed. My life is not very exciting. But hey, made it through another day -- and I'm one step closer to three day weekend, w000. :) Night all!
