Rainy as Hell Sunday
Oct. 9th, 2016 11:40 pmAnd fairly windy too -- and chilly! Needless to say there was no driving lesson today. Yes, I know eventually I'll have to tackle bad-weather driving, buuuuuut -- not today. Not yet. Let's get me settled in with dry asphalt first please. I mean, I'm feeling a lot better about my skills, but let's make sure I know parking and all that.
Other than that, I can't really complain:
-->Got more done on Chapter 14. Arthur and Lorina are now in the post-Bumby bits, and I'm up to them discussing poor Victor's situation. Think I should be able to wrap it all up tomorrow, but we'll see. Definitely should be ready for Thursday evening.
-->Played some Sims 4 -- Emmett Brown had a quiet day that consisted mainly of a trip to The A-Maze-Ing Wonderland to play chess since he doesn't have a table at home. And wearing his "flight suit" outfit because I wanted him out and about in both different clothes and a different hairstyle than normal. Already got the post for Thursday drafted out, go me.
-->Watched Helloween's latest F.E.A.R. sets and the Haunting Ground set he had up at the time. F.E.A.R. remains stupidly hilarious thanks to broken physics (super party bodies NEVER gets old, and neither does Helloween's PC being so awesome powered mech-suits run away from him), while Haunting Ground provides plenty of creepy (especially with the current stalker, DAMN it Daniella) and Helloween being amusingly shit at puzzles. Gotta love this guy. :)
-->Watched "Halloween Wars" with the fam -- my parents are being super-hard on the teams this year, but I think they're more "average" than horrible for the most part. Though one team won the small scare who TOTALLY SHOULDN'T HAVE, gargh. The drama everywhere also gets tiring after a while, but you have to expect that with these shows. What can you do.
And now I'm having more Halloween AU fun over on my RP accounts on tumblr1 Which I need to keep an eye on, so I'll be off. Night everyone!
