Oct. 12th, 2016 11:11 pmAt least on tumblr -- Butterfly Boy's queue was NINE, a number he hasn't hit in a good long while. Granted, he got a rash of asks to fill it out, but even still. And Forgotten's yesterday was seven or eight, so -- yeah, they're busy these days. People are apparently quite fond of the Halloween AUs, which is nice. :)
Rest of day was pretty simple -- traffic was WAY better today, so I was able to do the 8-4 thing. Mostly maintenance, writing up some instructions, and working more on some CAP data. And then after work was another driving lesson -- starting to get more comfortable with the car going faster, and working more on parking and reversing. Still getting used to checking my mirrors for stuff, and I had a worrying fumble trying to move the sun visor back into place, but otherwise Dad says I'm doing well! So that's encouraging. And I finished the booklet too, so I should be good to take that written test my long weekend at the end of October. Fingers crossed!
Got a fresh start on "Remembering You" today -- tweaked a bit of phrasing in the first chapter to make it a little better. As I said yesterday, I don't foresee much change in those first three "teaser" chapters I posted, since I'd already edited them once before. Still, there's always room for improvement. :)
And that's about it for now, really -- gotta answer one or two last things, then hit the sheets. Night all!
