Happy Actually Going To The Future Day!

Yup, although the future Doc and Marty went to is now the past. . .the somewhat-cooler-in-at-least-some-parts-than-we-actually-got past. I don't care so much about flying cars, but I wish we at least had proper hoverboards. Unfortunately, it being a work day means I couldn't actually watch the appropriate movie today -- fortunately, tomorrow is conveniently Chris Lloyd's birthday, a Saturday, and a date which is obliquely mentioned in Part II ("This is tomorrow's newspaper!"), so I'm still good. :) And I did end up buying the next two BTTF comics (one one-shot about Needles and his relationship with Marty, and the beginning of the next arc, dealing with how Marty's memories are now out of sync with his current timeline) from BTTF.net, since they had a special 21% off sale in honor of the occasion. So that's nice.

Work was mostly about sending out that e-mail, fixing up the website, finishing off the credit cards, and catching up on the obituaries. Nothing too exciting. Ride home was long because of rain leading to accidents, though. Missed my driving lesson again, though I suspect Dad's already planning an extra-long one for tomorrow to make up for it. Just hope I have time to watch Linkara too. . . I want to see how the "Paranoid" miniseries ends. Though I guess I might have time during the game on Sunday to binge. . .on the other hand, the Helloween is adding up -- I never even got to last week's Castlevania Saturday. . . (Though I did watch two short videos with my desert -- another awful game gifted to him by a friend, and a few thoughts and a little story on Civilization VI. Both amusing, as always. :D)

Well, at least I can be proud of finishing edits on another chunk of "Remembering You," Chapter Two. Everything's slowly but surely coming together. Also got to watch some great Whose Line vids, particularly that game of Party Quirks where Colin was checking everyone's sex. XD Man, that show was the best, seriously. And probably still is.

Oh, and true to form, Backflip has released a limited dragon to snag during the Candy Batch! Very untrue to form, it's a dragon that was offered previously and WHICH I ALREADY HAVE. (The Pharaoh, for the curious.) So, uh, yeah. One limited prize I actually don't have to worry about! I'll take it -- and my continual maxing of candy. :D

All right, I need to do queue things -- though I'm probably going to watch another silly YouTube video or two first. Because I have a little time tonight and I might as well. Night all!
