Now, granted, the high temp is possibly going to sound a little wimpy when I actually say it -- 72 F. But, as the weatherman said when we watched the weather this evening, the typical average for early March is closer to the 40s, so yeah -- this was impressive. And absolutely delightful, especially when coupled with the daylight being moved toward the evening -- I got in two walks today because of it! One at lunch, one after work. It was just -- invigorating. :D And really highlights just what it is with me and exercise -- I've gotta be outside in nice weather to properly get going. The short indoor videos are good, but I just have more enthusiasm when it's a few laps around the neighborhood with my iPod Shuffle. :)

Of course, that afternoon walk did have a downside -- it meant that I had less time for fussing on the computer. Which, you know, I probably COULD have overcome if not for two things:

A) Mom doing laundry earlier, leading to me folding it all for her while she took a friend (who she's doing a sewing project for) home. (What, I feel like I should help with chores. It's my freaking house.)

B) I ran into some trouble with writing "Londerland Bloodlines" -- namely, my inability to remember building layouts and having little sense of direction bit me in the ass as I tried to plan out the route Alice needs to take to break into Dr. St. Martin's office, as I plan for her to learn on his computer where the missing werewolf blood is. (I -- actually don't know how you're supposed to figure this out in-game? O.o I had Alice ask Vandal as it seemed like the logical first step to me, but I have no idea if that's something you can do in the game itself. I've always known where it is and what to do because of the wikis and suchlike. How do people figure it out blind? I may have to look into this.) I literally could not remember if there was a door into the main clinic from the blood bank entrance (I figured there HAD to be, but wanted to be sure. . .), and where it opened up on -- and it took me longer than I would have liked to track down a video showing the door and where it led (it's basically a straight shot from the front desk, so yeah). But now I know, and I can work out where Malcolm's office is from there. Whew! Writing this story is a real pain in the butt sometimes. . .

Anyway, I had kind of a squashed evening because of that, but I still:

-->Caught up on the latest "Rags To Repayment" episode, with James finally back after his long absence. Trash and Bob have gotten makeovers (Bob looks roughly the same, but Trash now has a "Mad Max"-esque look to go with her Interstellar Smuggling career), and we're continuing with Bob's Adventures In Science to get the cloning machine. He's managed to get promoted once more, so we're one step closer to our goal -- AND he's built himself a sweet robot arm that keeps messing up his outfits. XD Plus he nearly burned to death thanks to desert heat, a thermometer on "warmer" and an inappropriate outfit -- you could HEAR the panic in James's voice! XD Fortunately we averted disaster. Only for a surprise at the end of the episode -- trust me, it's a real cliffhanger! XD (Also aliens.)

-->Got my Newcrest Adventures pictures sorted and the posts drafted -- no captions on the pictures, but at least they're up and in the right order. Progress!

And now I'm going to clear up the stuff in my inbox and head to bed. Three more days of work to get through! Hopefully they're a little easier than today -- the phone kind of blew up this afternoon with people calling about the latest letter. >.< Eh, just something to bring up at the staff meeting tomorrow, I guess. . . Night all!
