Happy Halloween

Although it hasn't been the happiest one for me -- I made the mistake of wearing the high-heeled boots of my Agatha Heterodyne costume to work without bringing some back-up shoes (or bringing my house keys for that matter -- was locked out for a while), and my feet STILL hurt. It felt like they had big knots on the bottoms earlier. How DO you do it, Agatha?
-Agatha: I admit, it's rather hard to get used to, but after a while you finally stop feeling the pain. I can't say that I'm not happy that being with the circus calls for more sensible footwear, however.-
Yeah, really, I should have done CircusYou instead of Prologue--

-Agatha: *wave*-
-D: *beam* Happy Halloween!-
You guys brought Agatha Heterodyne here just to make me happy? Awww. . . .
-OD: Well, TeenDoc wanted to meet her too. . .Gil and Lars are here as well.-
-VuM: *chewing a Toostie Roll* Yeah, they're currently having a candy-eating contest.-
-Agatha: *sighs, rolls eyes*-
Hey, it's your fault. You really need to pick one of them.
-Agatha: Ah -- er---
Heh, I know. Decisions, decisions, right?
-Agatha: *blush* Well, it's just that Lars has been so sweet to me, but Gil actually understands my drives to invent. . . .-
I'd go with Gil.
-VD: You only say that because he looks like a young us.-
-Gilgamesh: *comes in looking green* Well, I won, but I think I lost in a big way.-
-Lars: *following, also green* I lost AND I think I lost in a big way.-
-Agatha: Couldn't you have done something more sensible? Construct a miniature death -- no, wait, that's unfair to Lars -- REPAIR a miniature death ray, I think you both could handle that.-
-M2: That's more sensible?-
For Sparks, yes. *Agatha blushes again* Help them onto the couch, will ya boys?
-VD2: *helping Gil* You two need buckets or anything like that?-
-Lars: Probably should have them, just in case. I don't want to go back and puke all over Master Payne.-
-Gil: Oh yeah? I'd get to puke all over a) a Jager, b) Von Pinn, or c) my father.-
-Lars: Hah, Master Payne's as least as good as a Jagermonster when it comes to being puked on.-
-Gil: I don't actually know the man, so I'll take your word for it.-
-Agatha: I have, and Lars is right -- but he's no match for Von Pinn.-
The conversations we get around here. . . .
For the record, Agatha, Gil and Lars haven't been our only dropbys here in museworld. We've also gotten a fair number of trick-or-treaters. We've gotten:
->John Connor (along with Sarah and both Terminators, all doing well)
->The Barone kids (Robert and Amy were glad to see me)
->The Animaniacs (barely held in check by Plotz)
->anonymoose_au's versions of Peter Parker, Harry Osborn, and MJ Watson leading some younger kids around (Peter and Harry are apparently getting along okay)
->A bunch of X-Kids from Xavier's school, led by Bobby and Marie (we lost half our candy to them)
->Douglas and Marlene McFly from the "BTTX" reality (LightningDoc gave us a very cool light show)
->Jules and Verne from "Trilogy" (Very polite and actually loved OckDoc's tentacle-kids)
->Gypsy, Mystie, Josie, VenomClara, GypsyFox, and ConstructClara (granted, they didn't want CANDY)
->Kiki from Sluggy Freelance (we gave her some special sugar-free candy -- she won't know the difference)

-M: He's gonna have one hell of a sugar hangover.-
I can tell, how much candy did he have?
-J: I got the very last of the Twix.-
Lovely. *prepares herself for the eventual rundown*
