Two Sims Ready To Leave La Fiesta Tech
Jan. 17th, 2006 10:25 pmYup, Otto Octavius and Rosalie Johnson have graduated from college! And as usual, they've done it with A+s. Ahh, I love making my Sims Summa Cum Laude.
-D: You seem to have an easy time of it.-
Well yeah -- for the Sims who have computers at least. A term paper, class time, and a couple of assignments after their skill building, and they're set. Note to self, get Agatha and Gil a computer.
Anyway, they had a good second semester. Rosie and Otto both finished term papers:

And they both built some skills -- Rosie for her class, Otto just because he's a knowledge Sim and would desire it.

Of course, I had to make sure they had plenty of fun to keep up their moods. Red hands was a favorite, and they love darts.

-D: What's with the random streakers?-
I don't know. That's why they're random.
I was even able to get Otto and Rosie out on their first date! They finished their assignments early, so I sent them off to the Weird Science club.

-TD: Wow, wild place.-
Bottom half is anyway. The top half, the restaurant, is more subdued. Rosie and Otto had fried chicken, then slow-danced, made out, hugged, the works.

The date only made it to "Great" status because of Otto's exhaustion -- however, despite this, Otto wouldn't leave when I called up the cab! He kept going to watch a fight between Pascal Curious and Loki Beaker. *slap head* Stupid Sims. . . .

I also got a glitch with Rosie when she left the flower -- it kept disappearing and she kept re-leaving it. Luckily I was able to quickly break her out with the command to take a shower.

Other than that, it was the usual -- study their little heads off (Rosie even sucked up a little to a teacher), meditate to keep up good moods, and fit in time for fun and romance. Oh, and repair the shower.

I left them after their graduation -- Otto will propose to Rosie before they leave for Strangetown.

-E: How romantic.-
I try. :p
Oh, and a random Llama Mascot pic:

-M: I'd be pretty pissed if Llama mascots were breaking into my house on campus.-
They are pretty annoying. Good for quickie group research sessions.
Finished up "New Beginnings," the January challenge fic. Now to edit it and see if I can make it better.
-DW: At least you have plenty of time before the end of the month.-
Yeah, I know, yay. Also wrote on "Dusky Past."
-VD: How about some editing tomorrow?-
LoL, yeah, I didn't forget about you. *patpats* You know I wouldn't forget about any of you.
-D: Yes, but we want the reasons to be different from "OMGsohot."-
LOL -- I like your minds too!
-VD2: We know. That's a little scary too.-
Come on, your science talk is fun.
-TD: . . . Fun? Honest?-
-H: You're talking about a girl who likes Jagerspeak.-
Says the girl who in "Boy Genius" snags a Jager.
-H: Point.-
-OD: We know you won't forget about us. We just like annoying you.-
*roll eyes* Muses. . . .
